Rude. Guy advertises full hook ups year round, false. Shortly after arriving we were told no water if it gets down to 20 degrees, half hour later we're told to hurry and take a shower because it was 32 degrees and he doesn't want us using water. We ended up taking cold showers because our water in camper didn't have time to heat up in tank. No wifi at all. He charged us 50 dollars even though we couldn't use water hookup. My husband spoke to him right before check out time, and the owner asked him how it went. My husband told him he wasn't happy about the water issue, and the owner offered no compensation for it. Then he told my husband that check out time was in 15 minutes as if to tell him he needed to hurry. Side note: we were the only ones staying at the rv park. The place was vacant... We will never go back there again. Rude

Right off I-65, exit 354 in Athens, Al. Easy to get in and out of with a 45 foot fifth wheel & f-450 long bed truck. Nice, clean, felt safe and close to a Walmart & Lowe’s & restaurants. No sweet dump, but not needed for an overnight or 2. Has power and water. I like the pull through sites.

Strike three! Convenient stop but owner makes you feel he’s doing you a favor taking your money. 25% rate hike and that attitude just lost you a return customer. Stayed here about four times in last couple years but no more.
