Found this place on a whim years ago traveling with our RV. Although it is starting to show its age. It's still our go-to place when in Daytona. Staff is always friendly and helpful. It would be nicer if the owner put some upgrades in.

Nice campground, my only complaint was NO HOT WATER IN SHOWER. After a busy, hard day, I was looking for a nice hot shower.

We came from NC to attend the bike rally. We reserved our spot ahead of time. Never again!! They charge way too much for the little spots. They're only big enough for a dollhouse! Next year,I will be going to the other campsite!! No electricity, no street lights. It was horrible!!! 03/07/2025.

Don’t bother inquiring! The lady in the office is very rude!! We are 2 seniors inquiring about annual membership with excellent credit and references from previous rv parks. The lady was so rude she almost made me have a panic attack. I told her to forget it and left. I wouldn’t stay there if they paid me!!! If she’s that rude to people inquiring, how bad is she to residents?!

Way too small and packed in sites .paid for a pull through had to move was litterly impossible to exit with 26ft RV and 14 ft trailer RV alone could not have pulled through. Did have branch hit roof entering and had to swing way left exiting to avoid large limb(was a small sign warning about limb)old bathroom with no hot water no ventilation so very hot inside .staff was pleasant .great location. Will not stay again.

These people stole my money... This is flat out stealing in MY opinion. But you the Public be the judge. My RV gets damaged in a storm 3 weeks from reservation date. I called immediately to cancel because I can't bring my RV. I only have ONE! They said I had to write an email requesting a cancelation. I told them that if I couldn't get a FULL REFUND that I wanted to keep my site and reservation and try to make it another way. They told me to submit a cancellation request via email. I did, sent email with PICTURES OF THE RV DAMAGE! . They cancelled my reservation, RENTED MY SITE OUT IMMEDIATELY to somebody else. CREDITED ME minus one night, none of which I will EVER be able to use, this was a one shot deal for time and friends. And they REFUSED to refund ANY of money and refused to let me keep my ORIGINAL RESERVATION!!!!! These people are low class, East Coast business thieve types or something. Definitely NOT people who follow reasonable business practice at all. Not in any way shape or form. This is absolutely OUTRAGEOUS!!!!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS RV PARK! Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE KINDS OF PEOPLE. I'm a Retired Marine and Deployed SEVEN TIMES! So I can tolerate a little crooked business. But this is beyond the normal crooked.

A friendly place with lots of trees. Has all kinds of camping spots to try from your own trailer or tents plus cabins. Pet area, pool and lots of walking paths. Old time, full of character, not the regimented park of nearly everywhere else.

Was really pleased with our stay. Staff extremely responsive to our needs. Grounds were well kept. Dog park easy access for pups. Really like camping where we have full hookup!
