There is a really nice place to go swimming and your also is a dog park so you can let your dog sleep. Let them run around. And also quite a few dumpsters in here too. Nice quiet part.

I hate to give even a single star, oak tree village is disgusting from management to investations which do not offer pest control. Like I said a single star is nice enough keep away from this place read reviews lowest to highest to get a good observation.

Honestly the price is not bad if you have your own RV and you are long term, but if you are renting from them( RV side) then the prices are way higher. Electric is not included which is fine, dogs are allowed but watch some people forget to pick up after them. Maintenance is a laugh, I'm hoping they get that together. Kid friendly for the most part, watch for speeders when kids are out playing. The fence blocking the interstate may need to be reconsidered since it's so close to park. The apartments "are remodeled" but for the cost you have to pay for them is ridiculous. Over all the new owners of this park only see money signs they really don't listen to your needs if you have any, but they will work with you if you talk to them. I do enjoy it here everyone is friendly and people do keep to themselves or if you need help you can find someone. 3stars cause it will get better

My husband and I have been living here over 2 years now. And we are so happy here. Our rent is reasonable, a nice large, working laundry room, by the way which is cleaned every morning, they cut the grass, any problems within your home, you called them and they schedule appointment, which is always a very reasonable time frame. We're not close to walmart, but Publix dollar general, family Dollar, and several gas stations. And 75 is right up the street. It's nice and quiet here, and plenty of room for the children to play safely. The basketball court is always busy with kids, and the swings. We even have a little dog park. On the other side is the RV Park, which most of the people here live here year-round, and it's always nice having people here from out of state staying for the weekend or however long.

I have lived here 3 yrs. It is disgraceful. I put my pots and pans away one day and they fell out onto the ground. Prices are not cheap either. The places they call cottages are at least 40 to 50 yrs old . I am choking myself for rent because I just can't stand the place and it's filth Maintenance workers that don't know what they are doing.

Most of RVs are old, covered with tarps, falling apart. And majority of them owned by the park. The shower house has no ac or heat, ceiling falling down, is filthy, and smells like rotting trash.

I hate to even give this 1 star. This is a full time pop up,small pull behind trailer park. Nothing campground, Rv park about it. People had tarps over top of trailers, several looked vacant and in need of being torn down. The sights were so close we could not even put out slide outs out without hitting the person next to ours porch on one side and trees on the other. The place honestly is a low income full time community. We left instantly due to not being able to use slide outs, and not feeling comfortable with surroundings and stares of unwelcome by residents. I advise finding other places in the area.

DONT LIVE HERE!!!! They never fix the homes. They are over 70 years old and falling apart. They keep raising the rent without updating anything but making it lower than their competitors to trap you here. There are roaches everywhere even if you’re clean and tidy. The many stray and abandoned cats damage your car. Crime is also high here, police are always called in. This is one of the worst places to live in right now.

I have lived here, RV side, for 3 years now. There have been some changes, and everywhere has issues, but overall I love it and plan to be here a good while longer.
