We stayed here a couple of nights after 10 days on the road. Weather beautiful for a change, windy or rainy the whole trip. We wanted to enjoy the hot tub, but no, closed. Also, to enjoy a breakfast on our patio and the morning relaxing, but this was not an option as the next door neighbors got their motor home washed. It was a three hour ordeal. Between the noise and the water spray on our table and chairs. Management said that the noise was allowed in that time of day. It is apparent that they get some kind of kick back from the mobile wash company... they even passed out flyer for them.

We have stayed at the Oasis RV Resort several times and this latest trip was by far the best! Maybe they read the negative reviews and made changes, but I have seen the front staff be rude, a bartender not cracking a smile and being stand offish, a server who was just plain rude to everyone, and sites that were run down with long-term renters. Everyone was pleasant this time, the food is better, and the place has been cleaned up. The pool was very nice and clean, but the spa is down for repairs. The bartenders I spoke to were very nice and they were open more hours than before. Nice place. We can't wait to go back.

Really close to the south end of the Strip and close to the major freeways. They offer multiple pools, clean bath/shower rooms, dog areas, restaurant, general store, free wi-fi and live music certain nights. We reserved a drive thru spot which had working electrical, sewer and fresh water. We felt safe and all the neighbors were quiet and respectful. We're a family with a pop-up camper and 2 small children.

The gounds were beautiful and clean. The guests were so friendly and warm. I'm giving this a four rating because it was a very pleasant stay but there's many things that could make this place way better! A little turned off at check in that they gave a couple a 30% "Cananda" discount right in front of us! The hot tub just splashed water in your face as the jets splurted up and had no water pressure. They have a pickleball court but you have to rent paddles/balls.Seriously couldn't that just be included? No dessert at cafe (only ice cream). It cost us 50-60 per day round trip in Uber to go to the strip. A shuttle would be ideal! Would have stayed at Circus Circus because it's walkable to the strip but they were closed. The biggest drawback for us was the expense of having to take uber. Depends on what's important to you for us, walkable is number one. But for a lovely resort with atmosphere, this is it!

Very nice RV park. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Pools are nice however Not heated. We noticed everyone's reactions when entering the pool was shocked that the water was very cold for September. The beautiful rock waterfall feature in the family pool area was damaged and not working and the large water reservoir below it was green indicating it's been broken for some time. (Not good, standing water for mosquitoes) The shaded areas in the pool areas with that hut looking material is in desperate need of replacement, sorry Oasis just being honest. All the grass areas have stickers so bad we had to move to a no grass area due to our dogs getting stickers in their paws which we were told their working on pulling all the grass out and replacing it with rock. With all this being said not sure if we're coming back till these amenities are corrected. If they would spend some money in these areas this would definitely be a 5 star resort.
