We stayed here a couple of nights after 10 days on the road. Weather beautiful for a change, windy or rainy the whole trip. We wanted to enjoy the hot tub, but no, closed. Also, to enjoy a breakfast on our patio and the morning relaxing, but this was not an option as the next door neighbors got their motor home washed. It was a three hour ordeal. Between the noise and the water spray on our table and chairs. Management said that the noise was allowed in that time of day. It is apparent that they get some kind of kick back from the mobile wash company... they even passed out flyer for them.

We have stayed at the Oasis RV Resort several times and this latest trip was by far the best! Maybe they read the negative reviews and made changes, but I have seen the front staff be rude, a bartender not cracking a smile and being stand offish, a server who was just plain rude to everyone, and sites that were run down with long-term renters. Everyone was pleasant this time, the food is better, and the place has been cleaned up. The pool was very nice and clean, but the spa is down for repairs. The bartenders I spoke to were very nice and they were open more hours than before. Nice place. We can't wait to go back.

Really close to the south end of the Strip and close to the major freeways. They offer multiple pools, clean bath/shower rooms, dog areas, restaurant, general store, free wi-fi and live music certain nights. We reserved a drive thru spot which had working electrical, sewer and fresh water. We felt safe and all the neighbors were quiet and respectful. We're a family with a pop-up camper and 2 small children.

The gounds were beautiful and clean. The guests were so friendly and warm. I'm giving this a four rating because it was a very pleasant stay but there's many things that could make this place way better! A little turned off at check in that they gave a couple a 30% "Cananda" discount right in front of us! The hot tub just splashed water in your face as the jets splurted up and had no water pressure. They have a pickleball court but you have to rent paddles/balls.Seriously couldn't that just be included? No dessert at cafe (only ice cream). It cost us 50-60 per day round trip in Uber to go to the strip. A shuttle would be ideal! Would have stayed at Circus Circus because it's walkable to the strip but they were closed. The biggest drawback for us was the expense of having to take uber. Depends on what's important to you for us, walkable is number one. But for a lovely resort with atmosphere, this is it!

Very nice RV park. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Pools are nice however Not heated. We noticed everyone's reactions when entering the pool was shocked that the water was very cold for September. The beautiful rock waterfall feature in the family pool area was damaged and not working and the large water reservoir below it was green indicating it's been broken for some time. (Not good, standing water for mosquitoes) The shaded areas in the pool areas with that hut looking material is in desperate need of replacement, sorry Oasis just being honest. All the grass areas have stickers so bad we had to move to a no grass area due to our dogs getting stickers in their paws which we were told their working on pulling all the grass out and replacing it with rock. With all this being said not sure if we're coming back till these amenities are corrected. If they would spend some money in these areas this would definitely be a 5 star resort.

It has a lot of amenities that I didn't need. I guess it's great for families staying for a week or two but my stay was an overnight. A lot of security & such just to get into my spot. Had to park my RV and walk my dog across hot pavement about a block to get inside to get my reserved spot. It's got a restaurant/bar inside & a pool - all of which I couldn't use. A typical Las Vegas style setup.

The only thing that this place lacks are trees/shade. Other than that it is one of the best spots for camping trailers. The outside bathrooms are exceptionally clean, and spacious. Excellent customer service. A convenient store, bar and restaurant on site. There is a family pool and adult pool and miniature golf Very family friendly. Also, dogs are allowed. This place is our Go To, everytime we visit Vegas! Highly recommend

We have stayed here several years ago, good location from the strip, about 15 min aways, nice amenities, nice adult pool, I believe they may also have a family pool. Also have a store in the lobby and a cute cafe. Disappointed with them taking most of the grass they had originally throughout the park. The small areas of grass, they still have, dogs are not allowed on, I believe ridiculous, their dog park is not conveniently located and only rocks, would never go back here, with a dog, seems like they are discouraging dogs to come there.

This review is from June 2025, who stayed at this park many times but the maintenance has gone downhill over the last year. We arrived at 1:00 checked in plugged our RV into a 50 amp service and immediately the breaker tripped it continued to do this for the next 4 hours while we waited for the service technician to come. Finally when you did come he was very dismissive and says it wouldn't happen again. I pushed for him to change the breaker on their pedestal outside and finally he did and we didn't have a problem after that for the 4 days that we were there. Once the breaker was replaced we decided to go to the pool where it was nice cool clean and afterwards at the jacuzzi for 10 minutes until we realized that there were horsehair worms in the jacuzzi floating at the bottom. They appeared to be alive and going back toward the drain. This is a sign that the maintenance of the drains is not being done because flies lay eggs and they hatch into larvae which then come out into the jacuzzi it was gross disgusting and we exited the jacuzzi immediately. I asked the general (Laya) manager to call me who didn't for two days until I went there and decided to wait outside her office when her assistant came out. I explained the situation and she was apologetic but I got the impression they were going to do nothing about it. The office staff at check-in are not helpful they just there to register and discharge but when it comes to reporting or getting issues taken care of their zero help and in fact very cocky and arrogant. The manager never appeared and never contacted me after three times calling trying to get her. Who knows if I'll try again but our stay for 4 days was not enjoyable.

We’ve been staying at Oasis all of 2025 and loving it! Cindy and Joyce at the front desk have been exceptional I helping us feel at home and find the best spots to stay long term. Pool is amazing and the cafe has really good food. Everyone here is very friendly and respectful.

This is a great RV Resort to stay at. Its in South Las Vegas near the Airport.....No noise at all from the Airport. Check in was easy, Wifi was great and included. We felt safe and there was a gate guarded check in. Nice pool. Mini restaurant too and small store. Lots of nice Rigs..:)

Well maintained, very large, and clean. Geared to an older, more mature RV owner. No playgrounds for children. Can be quite load early in the morning as quiet hours end at 7 am. On multiple mornings, maintenance fired up loud equipment right at 7 AM.

Close to the strip and safe location. Park itself is jam-packed with rigs all very close together. The archways on the entrance are extremely tight for a long fifth wheel or big rig. You can see scratch marks all over it from previous campers. Not sure what the purpose of it is, but wouldn’t choose here again because of the entry/exit way alone.

I didn't stay, but I rented their hall for my daughter's sweet 16 party. The hall is beautiful! Good size, great price. Kevin is ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING!!! He was so nice, helpful and attentive. He definitively took a lot of stress off of me and he knows his stuff. He has so many jobs, he DEFINITELY deserves a RAISE (I don't even know how much he makes 😊)! Seriously though... he needs a raise. Thanks again, Kevin for your awesomeness!

This is a really nice RV resort with hotel-like amenities. They have pull through parking slots for registration. Very efficient. Very reasonable rates. Nice pool area when the weather is nice enough to enjoy it. We had breakfast in the restaurant. I had the omelette with hash browns. Both were cooked perfectly and tasted great. The bartender was friendly and made great margaritas. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean. The RV sites were nice. Most, if not all, seemed to be pull throughs. Cement pads with a patch of grass and a table.
