I went here to hike through the park. I walked the main path twice and then did the 2.5 mile trail. It was nothing special to see, just lots of dead plants, birds, a lizard, a man made pond, and signs for Rattlesnakes. If this is an Oasis, they left a lot to be desired. On a positive note they did have plenty of bathrooms and it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. That was a plus in my book. Overall it was ok to see once but there was nothing there that would draw me back to visit again.

Quiet and relaxing place. There's not much there except for sandhills, rattlesnakes, and an artisan spring. There is a selection of shaded sites with nice tall trees. 4 out of 5, because it's a much needed retreat if you're local. There is so little to do for hundreds of miles.

Awesome lake, we had the whole place to ourselves. Alot of bluegill, but nothing else. Alot of flies. Love it!

Just a nice quiet well maintained area for some fishing and recreation. Very enjoyable and relaxing atmosphere. Just wish the weeds were not as prevalent in the water. Makes fishing less enjoyable. Otherwise a lovely time.

Quiet, clean, level sites, trees, clean bathrooms with showers, covered picnic tables, beautiful fishing lake, covered playground.

We had a great time fishing with the family. Beautiful little lake and exceptionally nice scenery around the lake. Well maintained facilities all around. Great camping and great views.

What a beautiful little oasis in the middle of the fields. We had a non electric spot. Worked great for us as you can use your generator. Camped by YouTuber Slim Potatoehead. The little lake is stocked. A very kind gentleman offered us his catch. Walking trails are nice. Park office is friendly. Great place for kids as there are showed and a playground.
