Convenient RV resort off I-40, but far enough from the interstate to be quiet. The entire RV resort was clean, super flat, with concrete pads and gravel between sites. Pull through sites made for simple in/out for our overnight stay. There is a constant breeze here in the panhandle of Texas.

We stayed at this park for 2 months recently, and it was a good place to park while we were working in the area. The staff was very friendly, and the amenities are top notch. I didn't have any dealings with the "Vickie" lady, but I did overhear her talking to her team members. As a former member of senior management for over 25 years, I would never talk to my team members or customers as I overheard. We'll probably stop again when/if we're in the area.

We used this Park as a stop off between 2 locations. The staff were really friendly and helpful and offered plenty of advice in our ongoing journey. The spots were clean, tidy, spacious with easy access to all your amenities and what caught our attention is how quiet it was. It also offered beautiful sunsets.

Absolutely loved our stay at Amarillo RV Resort! The concrete pads are huge, perfectly level, and incredibly easy to pull into even for big rigs. The location couldn't be more convenient as it’s right off I-40, making it super easy to hop over to the iconic Cadillac Ranch just a few minutes away. It also served as the absolute perfect, comfortable home base for our day trips out to explore Palo Duro Canyon. Beyond the great location, the resort itself is top-notch. The grounds are well-maintained, the bathhouses and laundry facilities are spotless, they accept mail in a dedicated room, and the staff is full of classic Texas hospitality. Highly recommend this spot to anyone passing through or looking for a great stay in the Panhandle!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I want to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. The water was shut off multiple times per week during my stay. Notice was given, but the frequency of outages made it difficult to live comfortably. We were instructed to have packages delivered directly to our lot instead of the office. Even when I clearly included my lot number, some carriers still delivered to the office, which is obviously out of my control, and the office refused the packages. That created unnecessary inconvenience. The biggest issue was billing. I paid rent on the 1st. I was laid off on the 8th and was told rent would be prorated. Instead, I was charged the nightly rate, around $55 per night, which totaled over $400. After everything, I was owed around $100 back, but that amount was applied to an alleged oil spill cleaning fee that I was never shown proof of or given a clear explanation for. I believe in fair billing practices and clear communication. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.
