Betty was very helpful with making our reservation, appreciate her personal attention. Upon arrival, Greg saw us pull into the parking lot and recognized We were puzzled because the signage said oasis RV park rather than Durango RV resort. Greg was very helpful, gave us very personal attention and escorted us to our campsite. Very happy with our stay And will certainly stay here again if we are passing through Durango.

Website photos are deceiving. Rolled in and we were looking forward to the hot tub. When ask it was well ugh where did you see that? Turns out there wasn't one. Picture shows a small creek, its really a dry irrigation ditch. This is a large RV park and the dumpsters are at the front, nothing anywhere near the sites. If you like truck noise you can hear them all hours hitting their jack brakes. The sites were very tight and on a hill and it took several tries and combinations to get level. Keep in mind this is an upgraded site. The utilities for us except sewer were in our neighbors area down an embankment and next to their picnic table. When we choose a resort like RV park and we reserve an upgraded site we expect a whole lot more than they provided. Will not stay here again or recommend.

I'm really torn on this review. Someone clearly spent bucks trying to make the place nice, and hoped for a premium price in return. But there's just so many details that are wrong that mean we don't plan on coming back. First and foremost, the highway noise from 160 is constant, all night long, Jake brakes going downhill and fully spoolled turbos going uphill. If you're in an RV it's probably fine, but if you're tent camping even earplugs won't cut it. After hours reservation taking service/person was unintelligible and completely unhelpful in terms of telling us what we needed to know. Both the RV and tent sites have duplicate numbers, and there's zero way to know the difference. Soft lighting everywhere to show you the many many many trip hazards (old tree stumps sticking up 3 inches, "scenic rocks", timber landscape borders, etc) they've left around the site. Which is great except for the mega lumen motion sensor light outside of the bathroom that beams you in the face and completely kills your night vision. The prices they're charging alone for a tent site are crazy. But all the noise and missed details just add up to we won't be back again.

I just finished up staying here for a full month. I don’t know if it’s because of new management or lack of caring, the park is not well maintained. The RV spot is very nice, but the park does not clean up sites between visitors. The bathroom and showers were horrible. The showers were not cleaned. I never saw the floor mats lifted up and the shower area cleaned. The same wads of hair, etc. were on the floors and walls for the entire month. The bathrooms were dirty. The same fecal matter stains in the toilets were there for days and days. The sinks and floors were rarely cleaned. The laundry was dirty and half the machines were out of order for the entire month.

The resort had nice sites with good spacing between sites. There were mature trees all around. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was an easy ride to historic Durango.

In Durango this has the best location by far and our edge edge site had a beautiful mountain view. Its location is perfect for road and gravel cycling on nearly deserted roads in rolling farmland with scattered ponds and lakes and stupendous mountain views. The folks that run the place and very friendly and helpful. The hook ups are of the highest quality.

The resort is beautiful and the staff is very friendly, especially Gregg who introduced himself and remembered our names the next day. We loved all the amenities and the ability to access the sport equipment outside of the office hours. This resort even provided a limited number of clean towels and pool noodles at no charge for guests! This was one of our favorite places to stay.

We do not have a bathroom in our trailer. The bathrooms were locked tight to the guests early in the evening. There was zero response from their own emergency number. Everything was so nice and I thought the place was looking great. I have never ever given a negative review to a place, but locking me out of the bathroom is just rude. Never go to this place. I am sitting here in the dark trying to figure out where I am going to use it.

This was about our fourth time staying at Oasis Durango RV Resort with a group of about 25 other RVs. As the leader of the RV owners' club for a major RV manufacturer, I've always received a welcome reception for our groups, clean and fairly spacious campsites, and excellent power and other utilities. It's convenient to the railroad depot and downtown Durango, with easy access for a day trip to Mesa Verde NP, the Million Dollar Highway, and more. Thank you once again, Oasis!

This place could have been great — but no one seemed to work there. We rented a basic cabin online which met our expectations and needs. The grounds outside were nicely designed and kept. However, in the bathroom there was no toilet paper and smelly trash was overflowing the can for the 3 days/2 nights we were there. No one was at the office, and they didn’t answer or return my call. The laundry room floor hadn’t been swept. I could have liked this place if someone had been there to take care of it.

Oasis RV Resort was wonderful for our family. The site we had was very private and had a decent amount of shade. The pool was clean, the showers were clean, and the campground felt very safe with employees patrolling the grounds. Due to how close it was to the highway, traffic noise was rather loud. However, it was convenient and pretty close to town which made it good too.

Reserved 11 Dec for a spot in June, 6 months away, with confirmation letter stating (bold emphasis is theirs) RV & TENT SITES REQUIRE A 48 HOUR NOTICE PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE (3 days before your arrival). YOU WILL RECEIVE A REFUND LESS THE $10.00 CANCELLATION FEE. I canceled over 4 months in advance and was charged a $25 cancellation fee. Response to my concern was 'Our cancellation fees went up for 2022." Buyer beware.

Spent three nights in a Deluxe Cottage (ADA compliant) at Oasis RV Resort in Durango Colorado. A very polite, friendly, and welcoming staff greeted my family and I for what was a great winter stay. The cottage was clean, in great condition, and provided our family acceptable privacy. The cottage was in a beautiful wooded setting and the large patio, propane grill, and dishes/pots/pans innthe cabin provided a great option to cook on site. Oasis Resort is in a perfect location as the city of Durango and their ski resorts are nearby with plenty of family activities available. We look forward to another stay in the summer. Thanks Oasis!

Great place with lots of snow on our stay! Staff was very helpful since we were not prepared encountering snow. LOL
