This place was staged with friendly staff at front desk, but we did not interact with other staff. We found RV resort via Web search and thought RV spaces were $80 but turned out to be $107 which seemed high for off season plus place was probably only at 25% capacity. Facility was clean and well maintained including pool, hot tub, and shower facilities. Our firepit was full of broken bottles and intact bottles (what moron does that?) which should have been cleaned out prior to our arrival. There's some train noise and roadway noise, but we had a peaceful night and morning. Only spent one night. Only 3 stars bc of trash in firepit and high price. Nice facility though.

This by far was one of the best RV Parks. Everyone working here was a delight to talk to and so helpful. Everything, including showers/bathrooms were spotless. 5 plus stars!

Excellent RV park! Full hook ups, heated pool and hot tub, excellent shower house, playground, 15 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute drive to Santa Barbara. Highly recommend.

This is our first time here and let me tell you, this place is nice and clean. You barely hear the sound of vehicles coming from the freeway. The pool and laundry is clean. We will come back here again.

A great campground with nice paved lots. Heated pool and nice staff. We made great friends here with our neighbors.

Loved, loved this resort. The bathrooms were clean with plenty of space in the shower area. The grounds were kept up and the walking trails were great! We appreciated that the RV parking areas were concrete slabs. Close to the beach with trail access. I would recommend this resort to family and friends for sure and will return!
