We stayed there 5 days. Clean bathrooms and showers. Mostly level, wide, and deep paved pads. All around, good. Oh, and the trains go by so often you won't notice.

Disappointed. Paid $129 for a spot that was so slanted we barely were able to level up. Only using all our blocks under our levelers were we able to make it level enough to deploy our slide out. We had no idea when we made the reservation the site would be so angled. Apparently you have to pay for a 'premium ' spot if you want level. Crazy. The water hookup is also strange in that your fresh water hose runs right over the sewer hole. It is hard to describe but almost always fresh water and sewer have some decent separation. Not here. Worse is the train goes RIGHT beside this campground and because there is a huge road intersection it crosses, the train blasts it horn for an extended period when approaching and crossing this intersection. We have been here about an hour and two trains have come through. Not sure about sleep tonight. That train horn is loud and will be even louder in the dead of night. To be fair I will say the park is spotless and our 30 degree slanted parking spot is clean cement. The check-in is a self check in system and when we went back about 3pm on a Wednesday the office was closed. There is a phone number posted and we called it because our original site was even more slanted than this one and it was not possible to level. The man was not sympathetic. They feel you signed up for our cheap $129/night site and this is what you get so live with it. We made these reservations months ago so I cannot remember exactly how the reservation went, but I certainly feel pretty sure that had they mentioned these cheapest sites were not near being level we would have just found another park. We're only here one night, just passing through, but wanted to warn others. Oh God here comes another train, blasting away as it passes right beside us.

This RV park is very clean and well maintained. It is about 4 blocks to the beach. The pads are all concrete which makes setup clean and easy. The RV sites are a little small otherwise it would be a 5 star rating! I will definitely be back!

Recent renovations really show. Excellent new fencing between each site, new landscaping with shrubbery, bathrooms, laundry area, pool area, bbq area, all well done and in excellent conditions. Electrical, water and sewer hook ups are new and easy to use. Only issue is the noise from a commuter train that goes by every 20 minutes and on weekends, the constant traffic nearby, noisy motorcycles and cars. Proximity to the beach, shops and coffee shops couldn’t be better.

I love it here! the grounds are extremely well kept, and the staff is friendly and always on site. You may have to call, but they will accommodate you asap. Yes, there are rules here as to a comment with an unruly group that came in a week ago. But you either follow them or you might get unhappy staff due to you and your attitudes if you bring it. It's an excellent place to come and stay in Oceanside! Everything is nice and just blocks away!

An amazing Resort to bring your family! We have Been to resorts all over this state. Everything is walking distance no matter what your looking for including the Ocean which you can walk to in 10 min if that. The entire resort is Super clean, Showers are beautiful, laundry room is perfect, game room with arcade games, full size pool table. Board games and they even have a small library. Great pool and jacuzzi, it just goes on and on. The management here is exceptional! Always helpful and very kind. We recently stayed at this Resorts for three weeks, and it was an incredible experience for our entire family! The kids absolutely loved it, especially the hunting games designed just for them. The activities were engaging and fun, keeping them entertained throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Ryan, who made our stay even more enjoyable. His enthusiasm and dedication truly made a difference. We highly recommend Event Resorts for a family-friendly vacation. We'll definitely be back!

This place is so good and well cared. Everything is so clean, washrooms, laundry room, pool, game room and the campground in general. The location is also good to go to many attractions and visit the sea. Staff is polite and helpful. It is worth a stay here.

I stayed for 4 months and the facilities / amenities were consistently kept very clean. Large bathrooms with large walk in showers. The management is excellent to work with and communicate with. (Jody, Damon, Ken) Of course, wonderful location. Great for month to month in off season! Came from 1000 Trails and just decided to stay. I do not normally write reviews but because employees worked there did such a wonderful job and it was a comfortable place to temporarily call home 🏡 I had to share. 🧡Elizabeth The only downside is ... THE TRAIN noise!! I never got used to the sound train as early as 5am and as late as 11pm.

Great value. Nice pool, hot tub, fire ring, public grill. The glancing tents are RIGHT NEXT to the commuter train tracks!! Train horn and engine noise every 20 mins from 4:30am to 9:30pm. RV sites are spacious, have a privacy fence between sites. Some have picnic table. Showers are very nice! Laundry facilities. Walk to ocean and lots of restaurants! Multiple campers had locks cut and bikes stolen while we were there...be advised!! We would stay there again though

BEWARE!!!! WE MADE A RESERVATION LAST YEAR AND HAD TO CANCEL THEY SAID WE WOULD LOSE OUR DEPOSIT AND WE AGREED TO THAT. THEY SAID WE COULD USE IT WITHIN A YEAR AND NOT LOSE IT. NOW I JUST GOT CHARGED THE BALANCE OF THE 2 NIGHT STAY BECAUSE WE DIDN'T USE IT????? THEY SAID THAT'S THEIR POLICY??? WHO DOES THAT???

Where to begin…this is not a clean RV resort and is located next to high speed train rail. Very nosy with the train running multiple times a day and NIGHT. Unkempt grounds. Weeds everywhere. Seems to be a large amount of full time residents who leave their personal belongings all of the park. Garbage bins over filled. The only positive is the pool and clean public bathrooms by the pool. Will not stay here again. Not as advertised.

Great camp site with the family. Very short walk to the beach and Charlie was So amazing the entire weekend. He helped us with any questions and even helped my cousin unlock her car when she locked them inside. Very friendly atmosphere and would love to come back to stay again.

I visited this RV resort spot not knowing what to expect Lauren was very sweet and very helpful however I don't want to appear mean-spirited but when I got to my room the refrigerator and freezer smelled like champagne it had Frozen champagne that was spilled inside the freezer area so it had iced up and I found hair on my pillows I was not aware that there's a railroad track going by every 15 minutes honking its horn all through the night and through the day it was horrendous I got no sleep I booked two days and stayed less than 24 hours I went to the beach and it was being dredged so there was nowhere to go and lay out their building all these condominiums and restaurants now that block you from getting to the beach and you have to pay everywhere you try to park I am from Oceanside over 35 years ago and it's sad to see the way it has became I will not be visiting again but Lauren you're a sweet girl I did housekeeping for 20 years before I opened my restaurant and I think as sweet as the girl is she kind of needs to be trained on how to clean the rooms for the next people especially for the price of $98 a night your showers and bathrooms are very clean and everything else is great but those are the only things honey thank you God bless and I apologize for the three stars
