We’ve been staying here off and on and the park is beautiful and the staff are friendly. The park, unfortunately, is growing more dangerous. Last week I was delivering to a specific site when their unattended dog aggressively chased me out to where its lead jerked its neck. I reported it to the park and was assured they’d address it. This met my expectations as things come up but addressing safety is important. Luckily I wasn’t a child getting a stray ball or something. Yesterday during my morning walk I passed by this site and found the dog unattended again. It barked as we walked by and the owner yelled at it from inside the camper. I submitted a complaint to the park in writing. This morning I was on my morning walk when sure enough, dog still unattended outside. So please factor this in if you have kids or an expectation that the park will address safety concerns appropriately.

I felt this was a great park until we arrived and packed in here like a sardines. I don't want to look inside my neighbor's RV while I'm eating my dinner. I don't want to walk out and sit near my firepit to be blinded by my other neighbors lights. The rules only apply to short term campers. If you see your neighbors who live here longer they can do what they want and the office does not care. Why put long term near the short terms. I will never understand. They keep all their belongs in the yards and I mean I am looking at dirty underwear handing out on a old tent base. They can threaten people and just have you write a report. I am tired of Thousand Trails and their rules to only apply to short term.

We are 2nd generation campers to this membership with first are full time. So have been staying at this park for a couple decades now. New rules have got over board on restrictions. And giving assigned sites has just taken all of the joy and fun out of going camping there. Especially when there are several different types of sections.

We love the new checkin process. Last time we stayed in 2023 we were told to go find a site. Having never been here and after a 500 mile tow day that was not the welcome we were anticipating. NOW you are assigned a site and if you're balance is paid in full upon arrival you can go to the gate, get your packet and proceed to your site. So much better!! The sites are paved (mostly) and the park is in good working order. They have pools and lots of outdoor activities. The proximity to Disney is great. It lets you get away from the chaos and into a quiet area to rest.

The park is well maintained. Our spot was level and spacious. Most staff were polite. I enjoyed the large, nice, paved roads. The park was very easy to navigate. My kids enjoyed purchasing treats at the store. Walmart delivers, which is always a plus in my book. The pool and showers were very clean.
