It was a good service, security guard help me all the way she was real nice she said I did go to slow as I came in but everything worked out good she helped me back into my spot couldn't ask for anything better come and visit Encore Paradise for exactly what the name refers to Paradise.

Security lady is rude. Check in is complicated. Lots are tiny and all back in. Guests are polite to each other.

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our 10 days here! Next year will be a full month. It is safe and endless activities. I recommend you look at the activities list and involve yourself in as many activities as possible. I guarantee you will feel welcomed and you will leave having several new great friends.

Only could stay 4 days but it was enough time to see how much we enjoyed it. This rv park has everything for active seniors!! It’s set up nicely and the spaces are huge! Only two negatives to this place. First, while they do have sections set up for travelers with pets, there is no actual dog park or places for your pet to run. The area that is allowed for pets has numerous stations with poop bags and grass. The streets are quite narrow and there is a lot of people biking, walking and driving golf carts. The lots are nice but they are up a hill and people with larger rigs may have difficulty getting to their spot. They do escort you to your site and go over basic rules. Everyone is extremely friendly here. All common areas are kept very clean. Tons of organized activities. Would definitely want to spend more time here again! If the pet thing was better we’d probably buy a lot here. Love the location to many shopping areas. In comparison to other resorts this one is pricey. They only allow guest to visits up to two weeks for the entire year. Things to consider.

The people of the community are friendly and helpful. Atmosphere is awesome. Facilities are clean and well taken care of.

It's an 55+ RV/model home park, so no "rooms or service". The location is great, but the are not pet friendly, the quantity of amenities is insufficient for the number of residents and the maintenance/upkeep is not as good as would be expected for the price. The lots are dirt rather than rock/gravel so very dirty and causing lots of dust to invade the RVs.

This is a #Thousand Trails location and easy access. The park is quiet, clean and the local residents are very friendly and welcoming. For those who have electric bikes the streets are paved and safe. There are so many activities to participate in you can’t cover them all. There is a café on site that serves breakfast all day, along with homemade pies that are absolutely delicious. There is on site security around the clock a very safe environment. Your approximately 30 minute drive to Scottsdale, Arizona and I recommend visiting old town Scottsdale. Lots of good restaurants in the area and those who are RVing there are plenty of grocery stores and Walmart.

A great place to spend your winters.They have everything here.Lots of  craft rooms.
Pickleball  (252 members) Lawn bowling,
Volleyball in the pool,workout room. They have music bands every other week for 6 weeks starting in January .Close to everything.

Having lived here many years after purchasing a park model I must say we love the park and our neighbors. My complaints however as a responsible dog owner are the lack of enforcing the dog leash rules and the folks that let their dogs go to the bathroom on peoples lots. This behavior kills plants and smells bad! Once 1 dog pees then many more will follow that scent. There are grass areas at the end of every street for dogs to relieve themselves but some rude folks let their dogs go on occupied lots, on flower beds, etc. There is a 6 foot leash rule and retractable leashes are forbidden yet 90% of folks use the latter. There is no control of their pets such as the person walking the dog is on one side of the street and the dog is on the other or up in some ones yard. I have experienced this when riding my bicycle more than once. Park needs to enforce leash rule but they don't. Why have it in the rules if you are not going to enforce it? Also RV lots are dirt. Very little gravel if any! Spend some of our very high rent money and put some attention into the RV lots. Make them an attractive place where RVers want to stay at. And put in some trees, bushes, etc. Many RV concrete patio pads are broken and in disrepair. This is pathetic with what you charge people to stay here. It is also a trip hazard to many seniors. I know manager Scott's hands are somewhat tied but someone needs to stand up to corporate. Instead of making shareholders more wealthy put more money into the community to make it better instead of raising rent every year!

This is an upscale, modern senior mobile home/rv resort.  Many amenities for everybody.  If you are towing a trailer, be prepared to back in.....there are no pull-throughs, and the roads are narrow.

Wish we were able to walk our dogs throughout the park!  Need some revamping on some older rusty things. But all in all good value for the money!

A great place to stay if you can get a spot. Lots of activities and heated pool and spa. See you there. Maybe! Staff very courteous and helpful.

It's a very nice place. We only visit when my parents are in town from California.  They usually stay here. It's very clean and pretty. Pool area is very nice.

The only thing that would make this a true paradise is Wi-Fi throughout the camp and not just at the office. Other than that it really was a great place to stay. The people were great and very friendly. The park was very large and offered a plethora of camping spots. 
It was really cool that the staff would help anyone looking for a great campsite in the area. I saw many people get referred to other sites that better fit what they were looking for. We decided to stay here and it was just great. I know that if I need another campsite, I will either be coming back here or asking them for their wonderful knowledge about the other sites and see if there is something else that fits our needs.

Sun City, AZ - Paradise RV Resort 10950 W Union Hills Dr, Sun City, AZ 85373; 623-977-0344. Just on the edge of Peoria in the west part of Sun City. This is an enormous 55+ park mainly filled with park models and snow birds, but they also have sites for short term visits. We needed to be in Phoenix area for three nights to visit friends and get our truck repaired, and they placed us in a back in FHU site in between two park models in a park model section. The site is raked gravel and level; it was plenty long for our 37 foot 5th wheel; there is a concrete patio and another raked gravel area for the truck or toad.  Because it is super huge and has many park models and full time residents, there is no WiFi offered except at the office area and there is no cable, but since this is in a metro area, there are plenty of OTA channels. Residents can use their own satellite and their own Internet access. The Verizon and AAT signals on phones and MiFi work well.  They offer AAA, AARP and PA rates – the PA is good all year except during snow bird season (January through April) Short term visitors also pay a $4 surcharge daily for resort amenities – a café, pool, Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor spas, health rooms, laundry, all kinds of sports like tennis, pickle ball, lawn bowling, billiards, darts, plus computer center, craft rooms such as woodshop, lapidary, silversmith, ceramics, stained glass, card rooms, sewing room, music room, etc. We are satisfied even with the surcharge since we are using the PA ½ price rate.  - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
