Beautiful lake with a nice beach, chill family vibes. Bring your food or bbq. Picnic tables available. Kayak and paddle boards for rent or bring your own.

Love this site. They have a variety of trails to satisfy different levels of hikers. Beautiful lookouts. The staff is friendly and insightful. We’ve been walking their trails for years now and will continue to return.

This acceuil has everything you need before you head into the park. From maps and washrooms to basic supplies and firewood to purchase. There are several trail heads here. You can camp close to this acceuil or drive 16 kilometers on a dirt road to lac des sables and stay there.

The Mont-des-cascades trail does not worth to hike specially in witer as it has no good view. but the other trails are good. It's better to put the map on Geai Bleu intersection indicating "you are here" cause it's confusing to find the Ruisseau trail connecting La promonade.

Stayed here in August 2021. Nice location, good size camp area. Would have preferred more privacy in-between camp sites. Excellent location to take the kids camping. Nice bike trails. Also enjoyed kayaking and paddleboarding. Really clean bathrooms. Overall we had an excellent camping trip!

September 2020: Lovely camp ground close to Montreal. The road to get there is great and clear. The area was clean and calm. Remember to pack up all food at night as the wild life is quite present. Do the "chute du rat" trail or go up by car it's a lovely and easy activity. Pack good shoes if planning to climb the rocks at the top as they can get slippery. Good cell service. May 2021: Still as lovely. But keep in mind that if you go over the week-end it gets quite noisy in the evening. We arrived on a Thursday evening and it's was SO SO calm and lovely. Friday was the worst as there was stereos playing quite loud and people were in a very chatty mood. We were on a secluded camp ground so it wasn't that bad. We went on a stroll in the other areas and the closer together grounds were so loud. Try to book a secluded ground if planning to go over a weekend and you like the peace and quiet.
