Stayed 6/17-6/19. In town just for the Manchester and Wydad game. Front desk ladies are not friendly nor helpful. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any KOA. The manager especially acted as she didn’t care if we were pleased or not with our stay there. Upon arrival we checked in and were taken to our site, per usual. Once we pulled up to the site we knew it was not what we had reserved nor paid for. It was in the woods and we had reserved a spot near the pond with a fire pit and patio. So we went back and requested one of the sites that matched the description of what we paid for and there was two spots that no one was parked in and the manager refused to put us in either because other people were coming in the next day they had assigned them to. So apparently we did not deserve to get what we paid for but people who were coming in the following day did. Make it make sense. So we ended up getting a site near the playground with no fire pit nor patio. It was a downgrade and nothing like what we reserved. Even to transition to a pull through near the pond without a patio and fire pit, the lady at the front originally wanted to charge us more. All they kept saying was, we’ll need to talk with marketing about the description of sites. And mentioned that marketing was not even handled locally. Not sure how any of this was my problem or fault. So they pass off the blame of the issue to a department/person who was not even local nor able to fix it. So be warned that they are unaccommodating and you might not get what you actually reserve or pay for. The only good experience was the guide who took us to our spot, Martin. He said he understood our frustration and profusely apologized that they didn’t do more to accommodate us and give us a site we’d paid for. He did bring us some wood saying he hoped it help us have a better night than how the afternoon had started. So outside of Martin, nothing positive to say about our stay here.

Arrived at 7:30 PM and arrived at the accommodation, but had a bad experience, but was satisfied with the satisfactory handling and service through the staff Norm and Kelly. I liked the well-decorated landscaping and facilities of the koa. I would like to express my gratitude to Norm and Kelly.

Camped in a full hook up (W/E/S/cable) RVsite for a few days over the Memorial Day Weekend as our first (quick) trip of the Year (shakedown) to make sure everything was working to be ready for the camping season. A few weeks ago when I made the reservation, there were only 2 sites left, so we had a pull through site near the front gate (typically narrow, generally for quick overnights passing through). The rest of the sites and campground were very pretty, spacious, plenty of trees, paved roads perfect for walking. The small lake and dog park are very nice. Convenient to Philadelphia and South Jersey, in a quiet wooded neighborhood. Small camp store, but plenty of shopping and restaurants within a few minutes in any direction

Solid location. Right off the highway yet quiet. Getting into Philly was easy, 30 minute drive to the Patco train and then 20 minutes to downtown. We stayed at a backin site right by the jumping pillow. Site was easy to back into and the location was great for our younger kids. Would recomend.

We are regular KOA customers and have stayed at this campground several times before but our latest visit (yesterday) was a disappointment. We were traveling in our class A coach and our friends were in their camper trailer. When our friends arrived at their site, the people next to them had ~20 people partying with loud music and marijuana smoke. Our friends asked one of the workers driving around in a golf cart about the noised and he said "It is Easter weekend. It is going to be loud". They then called the office to inquire about moving to a different they were told that there was only one other site available (right across from the partiers) and it would cost them more money. We were fortunate enough to have a site that was not near the noise and as we looked around, we saw 3 sites (#11, #100, one other near #11) near us that were empty and could have solved the problem but the office staff lied that there were no other sites available. Most people go camping to relax not to be blasted with someone else's loud music and marijuana smoke. It would have been very easy to move our friends to one of the vacant sites in the front part of the campground and they would have had 4 appreciative customers. Instead they lied and did nothing to address the issue and now have 4 dis-satisfied customers were will not likely return to their campground.

I had to do some maintenance on the cabin when we arrived. Toilet seat was falling off and toilet paper roll holder was almost off the wall, so I repaired those. Found a pair of underware under mattress of bunk bed. Chris the younger man that works for KOA is rude and obnoxious. Other campers complained of this also. The store closes at 5. Other than that it was a nice cabin and we enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful park that was well kept, close to Philly and had a great play area for the kids. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to get to with a 36ft class A.
