This is a gem!  Hidden away gem!!  Check out The Legend's Highway as well.  Bear lake is beautiful.

What a beautiful place to enjoy life and a sandwich!!  It is one of the best places to enjoy  Cuchara Creek!

I'm not sure, but I take it this is the road to Blue and Bear Lakes.  It is nice to have toilet facilities along Highway 12.  The scenery today as the Aspens were turning made for a nice walk up the road a ways.

Adorable, quaint little town!! It has a hotel, bed n breakfast, restaurant, gift shops, put-put golf, a general store, and a real estate office. There is a gorgeous creek that runs through it. Can't wait to go back again!

A great and fun place to watch the leaves turn in the fall!  Wish we brought a picnic basket and enjoy a nice quiet meal...maybe next time!
