As a campsite this place is great. Clean bathrooms. People mind their business. Amenities are 24 hours and its right near blm land. The price was maybe 5 dollars more than I would have liked to pay for dry camping. It was $40 a night. One plus is there is hot coffee in the morning and a great rec room.

This is our third winter in Yuma area and we always like it here. Friendly hosts and good amenities. Don't mind being out of town a bit or the train whistle across the desert. Would stay here all winter if we could but our Thousand Trails make us move every 3 weeks. Thanks Pilot Knob folks!

It was amazing, really clean and taken care of.  We were staying out at the Glamis Flats but broke a few of our vehicals and instead of cutting the trip short we just moved to this location.  Has a pool, showers, laundry, power, sewer, and water.  Also has tent spots with power and water the tent pads are really clean and raked. A few in our group still wanted to go to the dunes so it has access to the dunes about a 30 to 40 min drive to the dunes through the trails.  Will definitely stay again.

Highway noise, train noise, helicopters flying over, and planes. Goatheads are terrible. No dressing rooms in shower area. Not enough trees. Laundry room, needs some carts to move wet clothes from washer to dryer. Outside of laundry room needs some lawn chairs, for the people waiting on their laundry. The benches hurt our bones and no support on back. No picnic tables on sites, like orher campgrounds. The Gazebo area is gorgeous, they need to do bonfires. Spaces are small, so they book every other space, as much as they can. They have activities, everyday. Pool is nice and warm, and so is hot tub. Lounge chairs and tables, in pool area are very nice. Most of the people, are very nice! Workers are excellent and very helpful. Haven't met one, I didn't like!!! Look forward to coming back! No hotel, but I think they rent out the tiny homes.

Great small RV park in the desert about 20 minutes from Yuma. The bathrooms are some of the nicest I have seen among the Thousand Trails network, and the heated pool and facilities are kept spotless. The staff has been kind and accommodating. Would happily stay here again, and plan to!

This place has been sprayed with toxic chemicals to kill weeds. The weeds are everywhere and they're still spraying. They didn't post a sign. Please be careful not to walk ur pets inside the park. Especially near the dead weeds.

Right outside of Yuma, AZ.   Great place to stay.  Note to self, not to visit during off season due to the high heat temperatures.  Poor air conditioner and refrigerator were working overtime.   No reflection on the campground, it's mother nature.    I was just passing through to my next destination.  Definitely will return. I highly recommend staying at this park.  Sites were level, bathrooms were clean, they have a nice work out room, common area, game room, pool and spa.  My TMobile worked perfectly for my work from home job.  Made a couple friends too. Thank you Keen for your hospitality.  Happy and safe travels.

Great campground! ZERO issues with 50 amp power during stay (that is SUPER rare these days!). Staff is super friendly and keeps everything clean.

Pool is heated, hot tub is hot. No playground for younger kids.

Fence along perimeter with dog walk area outside of fence (and of course the nasty, trifling people who don't pick up their dogs poop 🙄), but it's easy enough to get to a cleaner area.

Scorpion hunting at night was super exciting (for me!), no scorpions found in campground, but just outside the fence was a winner every time.

Close to Yuma, 2.5 hours to San Diego, 20 mins to Los Algodones.

We stayed as Thousand Trails guest and it’s one of the better TT campgrounds we’ve experienced.
Sure there’s the interstate and railroad tracks in the distance, but that’s to be expected in certain areas.
The campground is very well maintained, sites are spacious with full hookups and the pool and jacuzzi are kept warm and clean as well.

This is the place!  Awesome customer service.  Really affordable.  Open to the public.  Pet and kid friendly.  Sparkling clean and spacious campsites.  Bath house is very clean and showers are hot! Really nice people and a lovely park.

Friendly, accommodating staff.  Treated you like family. Facilities are extremely clean. Quiet park close to Yuma, AZ with great rates (weekly, monthly or seasonal). Some traffic noise from I-8 and trains. Didn’t bother us.  Will definitely be back.
