Very expensive stay for small sites right on top of people. “Quiet hours” are clearly not enforced as there will be teenagers screaming at 11:30 at night which of course is the parents fault but why am I seeing reviews of other people getting yelled at over golf carts and these noise disturbances are never addressed? Everything activity wise (hot tub, rec room, mini golf) was closed down, alcohol quickly sold out of stock (why such a short stock on a WEEKEND?) the younger teenagers working were the only ones with decent customer service, all the older employee were rude and snappy for nothing. Bathrooms were well kept which I can appreciate

We had our first stay at Pine Acres due to other family members raving about the location. LOVED IT! So much to do on site and the grounds are spotless. We stayed in a full service cabin and loved it. We have made reservations to go back twice next year and we are upgrading to a premium cabin because we are bringing friends back with us!

I just spent a week at the campground and had a great time. We were a large group, taking up two cabins and three waterfront sites. Mine site was 83. The camp ground is beautiful. They really do an amazing job keeping the grounds clean. There was a walkway behind our site along the lake that was lit so beautifully at night. Lot of attention to detail. The laundry facilities were clean. We rented golf carts to cruise around they were great. Last year they were new and had some electronic gps that would slow you down In specific areas. This year that was not the case. We brought our own kayaks and fished daily on the lake. We would go to the ice cream store/cafe daily. The store seems to be run by kids. It didn’t seem like there was anyone older than 18 in the store but they all worked hard and were respectful. My only dislike would be (this has nothing to do with the park) there’s nothing around the area to do. The town had very little unless you wanted to drive about an hour. This was my second time staying at pine acres. We stay for 6 nights watch time I think the pricing is on par for the amenities. We will be back.

Pretty resort. Nice grounds. Unfortunately the older woman with short white hair working the front gate has been extremely rude and even yelled at my dad when he was checking in a visitor. We paid a hefty fee to stay here and don't expect to be greeted with such a rude employee. She was extremely rude to me when I attempted to check in and told me she had no info and rudely said go right to the office and don't think about going anywhere else. My dad is elderly and he was so upset at how he was treated and his guest. She ruined the experience for us. Other staff was very slow and when coin machine took my 5$ I had to wait 45 minutes for someone to reimburse me. Thankfully I wasn't in a rush. Overall okay but staff was a big turn off. Also they decide to cut grass and weed wack at 7 am. Not very peaceful. I would suggest waiting until people are actually up and don't want to be disturbed at that time

Amazing experience for the whole family. The grounds are beautiful and clean and it is a peaceful quiet atmosphere. They are strict about the speed limits so it felt very safe for the kids to ride their bikes around. The staff is what really sets it apart- there are a lot of young enthusiastic staff members who are great with the kids, always friendly, and always willing to help. You can tell that they are treated well here, they all seem very happy. We stayed in one of the cabins- it would be great if there was an option for blackout curtains/shades for the upper windows facing the loft so the kids don't wake up with the sunrise but I guess that's part of a campground! A couple things to note: Make sure you bring pillows (they're not provided in the cabin). TMobile doesn't work anywhere on the grounds, Verizon and other carriers seem to work better. Overall we had a great experience and have already booked for next year!
