Always a great place to stay. The staff are great and very helpful to accommodate you. Even if you need to add more days and not have to move to another location.

I have picked up too good to go expecting desert or sweets. The reason I chose this was it's veriety of deserts selections. But the superise bag was filled with breads. The bread were salty and hard. Very disappointed.

I just wanted to say thank you to thousand trails for opening these places for people to be able to get memberships for such a great value it really helps be able to get out and do things. Of course no place in the world is perfect but they do a good job at all the sites.

We are Thousand Trails members and stayed here one night in Sep 2024 while on a cross-country trip. Since we were there “off-season” the pool was closed and there wasn’t much happening in the resort. The facilities are nice - outdoor pavilions, pool, playgrounds, etc. - it would be a nice destination in season. The community room was open, but there is no camp store and the office was closed. The “rooms” (sites) are nice. Our pull-thru site was roomy enough and level, we had electric, water, and septic. There was also a little shade. We walked around most of the campground taking our dog on walks, so we saw many sites and found them all to be good. On the critical side, there are many sites which are “annual” or “seasonal” sites which are occupied by full-timers. These sites have patios, sheds, park models, golf carts, and personal items stored on site. As someone who paid thousands of dollars for my membership and pays annual dues, it is disappointing to see so many sites being used for permanent residents. This is increasingly making it difficult for members to get reservations, as does the policy to allow “commercial” (non-member) campers. I would guess that 25-35% of the 256 sites are not available for members. We were not impacted on this stay because it was off-season. The regular season is 4/15 - 10/15, but it seems the seasonal/annual campers can stay there year-round. I can’t comment on “service” because we never encountered any staff during our stay. I booked online and checked-in online. When we arrived at 3PM the office was closed and our check-in package was waiting for us at the entrance. The location is convenient to the I-90, but the campground is quiet. It is located near the town of Belvidere. I can’t speak to nearby activities because we never left the park until our departure the next morning.
