Edited by me. So we contacted them like they said to, now this year they are not accepting RVs 20 years old. We haven't changed, last year we were 25 yo. Sent them pictures again and a nice email explaining we made friends in the park and enjoyed the activities. All we got back " we no longer accept over 20 yrs old rv's. It just as well. We come to Phoenix for doctor appts yrly and they could have counted on us each year and with our new rv we will be purchasing this year you can bet we'll never come back here. SMH What a great park! Our first time here and we had so much fun. Meeting new people, exploring the grounds. We didn't participate in a lot of their activities but they have many and if we can come back next year, we will participate more. We had many appointments outside the park that kept us away. Thank you for a great stay.

Nice ,friendly , great location. Indoor pool was nice. Got athletes foot from the showers. Could use exhaust fans in bathrooms. The smell was overwhelming. It does make you take quicker showers though. Saves them water.

Place is very clean but they pack everyone in like sardines, no privacy. We found the people to be very “clicky.” Sometimes it felt like being in high school again. Should be advertised as a 70+ community. We stayed for a month. Thank God we did a lot of day trips. No tall trees or covers for RVers for protection from the hot sun. Very poor water pressure. Pool is indoors, so no place to really lay out and get some sun when it’s not too hot. The activities they have are similar to what you would find in a senior center or housing for the elderly. You really need to stick to their rules, there are quite a few “Karen’s” around.

The park was easy to find. It is located just off of I 17 on the northern edge of Phoenix. There is pavement all the way including the interior roads. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. This is a 55 plus park. Identification is required for proof of age along with vehicle insurance documents. If you feel giving this information to be intrusive, this park is not for you. We were escorted to our site and assistance parking was offered. The rules are fairly basic and are rigidly enforced. Be aware, aggressive pets are not allowed of any breed. Some breeds are specifically banned at this park. If you are caught not picking up after your pet you will be evicted. The same with other rules. How refreshing! We found the park staff and residents very friendly and welcoming. Our site, 25, was a back in that was just long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30/50amp, water and sewer only) were to the left side. Distancing is fair for an urban park. There were No tables or fire pits provided. Our site was sloped to the front and right side. We had blocks under both front wheels. Lost two stars because of the slope. Overall the park was very clean and nicely manicured. There is NO park wide wifi or cable TV. Wifi is offered in the lounge. We did find a few OTA channels. Satellite would not be difficult. We did not use the washrooms or showers but we checked and found them clean. We did not partake of any of the planned events nor did we use the pools. There is plenty of entertainment opportunities available if you are into this type of stay. There are off road trails from the park and, as well, a Pioneer museum is right next door. There are no restaurants or stores within easy walking distance but just a short drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores. We found this park to be an okay overnighter. We paid $57.99 per night (inc tax) and we feel we received fair value. We will be back if in the area again.
