Love this place. Great location, Probably the cleanest RV park you’ll ever see. Great staff, great management. Lots of activities. Looking forward to coming back here soon.

We went there to possibly get a site for our tow hauler to camp out for a couple of months, but the snarky lady behind the window took one look at us, and started asking questions, “how long you planning to stay, how big is your rig, what kind of truck do you drive, etc.” then she ask if we have pets, and when we told about our totally loving rescue Pitbulls that we’ve had for 8 years, she said, “Sorry, we don’t allow aggressive dogs!” She hadn’t even met our dogs!! Well, this place discriminates!! Horrible place!!

We have lived here 2 times, after selling our property and home. We live in our Motorhome, until we can build our new home. Love living here! You meet people from all over the US! It's a 55+ RV Community right off the I-17 and Pioneer Rd. This is not a hotel...

Great friendly staff. I work construction, and my contract keeps getting extended, and Ms. Sherry in the office has gone out of her way to accommodate my needs!! Great park, lots to do, but very quiet in the evenings, which I prefer! Great place!

It's convenient, registration is a real pain! Unfortunately, it's one of the few parks that can handle us

This review is for the RV storage side of the business. The storage clients are an after thought at best. Although they talk about things like RV dump and water, the truth is the services are only available if they decided not to rent their last spot. Their number one priority is renting every space.. and if there's no space available.. you have nowhere to dump your black tank or get fresh water. This is extremely problematic if you're counting on this service as advertised to dump your tanks when you come back from a trip. This left us in a very bad situation more than once very best situation more than once. We switched to a local lot in the anthem/desert hills area that provides dump and water services.

This was our 3rd time here, for a total of 4 months. We arrived, checked in and then when we were being escorted to our spot, they decided they couldn’t put us there because we had a trailer even though I told them that. So they ended up putting us in spot #1. First thing, residents would pull up, dump their trash and then drive out along the gravel area beside our RV. We asked them to address the issue…rocks. Second, when the man in the #2 left, they decided to use it as a dump site. We literally had up to 6-10 rv’s pull through daily when the spot was empty and dump their tanks right next to where we sit, and rinsing their hoses right there. One person even pulled in off the road and dumped their porta potty…rinsing it with the water bib. Very disappointed! No one contacted us and offered to move us or a reduction in price paid, just an ornery volunteer escort telling us to contact the office ourselves. It was a total disregard for us as patrons, paying the same as everyone else, and their need to make a few extra bucks! Plus disgusting and smelly!!!

We have be so happy here since arriving mid-Oct. The residents, and staff, are great, the grounds beautiful, and so many activities. We love it here! We were late getting started on getting winter reservations this season, so right now we will be moving Jan 3, as they are fully booked after that. If a spot opens up before Jan 3, we could get the opportunity to stay. Fingers crossed that we get to stay until mid-April!!! UPDATE: We got the call and we are staying until mid-April!! Over the moon happy❤️
