Nice ,friendly , great location. Indoor pool was nice. Got athletes foot from the showers. Could use exhaust fans in bathrooms. The smell was overwhelming. It does make you take quicker showers though. Saves them water.

The park was easy to find. It is located just off of I 17 on the northern edge of Phoenix. There is pavement all the way including the interior roads. Signage is adequate. Check in was efficient and friendly. This is a 55 plus park. Identification is required for proof of age along with vehicle insurance documents. If you feel giving this information to be intrusive, this park is not for you. We were escorted to our site and assistance parking was offered. The rules are fairly basic and are rigidly enforced. Be aware, aggressive pets are not allowed of any breed. Some breeds are specifically banned at this park. If you are caught not picking up after your pet you will be evicted. The same with other rules. How refreshing! We found the park staff and residents very friendly and welcoming. Our site, 25, was a back in that was just long enough for our Coach and Towed. Services (30/50amp, water and sewer only) were to the left side. Distancing is fair for an urban park. There were No tables or fire pits provided. Our site was sloped to the front and right side. We had blocks under both front wheels. Lost two stars because of the slope. Overall the park was very clean and nicely manicured. There is NO park wide wifi or cable TV. Wifi is offered in the lounge. We did find a few OTA channels. Satellite would not be difficult. We did not use the washrooms or showers but we checked and found them clean. We did not partake of any of the planned events nor did we use the pools. There is plenty of entertainment opportunities available if you are into this type of stay. There are off road trails from the park and, as well, a Pioneer museum is right next door. There are no restaurants or stores within easy walking distance but just a short drive away you can find food, shopping and convenience stores. We found this park to be an okay overnighter. We paid $57.99 per night (inc tax) and we feel we received fair value. We will be back if in the area again.

Sharon was absolutely amazing from the first call to our meeting in person. This place is amazing and a must for any RV traveling seniors looking to have a great place to stay.

The park was okay but whoever scheduled the slots put 4 of us right together and it was tight. I couldn't let my awnings all the way out because they would hit my neighbors RV. Plenty of empty pull through slots the whole weekend. The other family next to us had to enjoy their breakfast while sitting almost under my living room slide out. So, that lack of common sense gives us a brief insight into how the management feels about traveler's that only rent for a few days. Over hyped best describes this RV park.

This rv park had it going on everything was very nice. We didn't get to use very many amenities we rode the train and spent most of our time at the grand canyon!!!

This is a really nice park. Mostly long term, seasonal sites. Very friendly and helpful residents and staff. Very clean with great amenities. Will stay here again, hopefully when we can stay longer.

This is an Adult only park. It is very quiet and peaceful. It is kept up very nicely. It has a very nice laundry area. The machines use an app to load money on for washing clothes. It makes it very convenient.

We went there to possibly get a site for our tow hauler to camp out for a couple of months, but the snarky lady behind the window took one look at us, and started asking questions, “how long you planning to stay, how big is your rig, what kind of truck do you drive, etc.” then she ask if we have pets, and when we told about our totally loving rescue Pitbulls that we’ve had for 8 years, she said, “Sorry, we don’t allow aggressive dogs!” She hadn’t even met our dogs!! Well, this place discriminates!! Horrible place!!

We have lived here 2 times, after selling our property and home. We live in our Motorhome, until we can build our new home. Love living here! You meet people from all over the US! It's a 55+ RV Community right off the I-17 and Pioneer Rd. This is not a hotel...

Great friendly staff. I work construction, and my contract keeps getting extended, and Ms. Sherry in the office has gone out of her way to accommodate my needs!! Great park, lots to do, but very quiet in the evenings, which I prefer! Great place!
