Honest review! Been coming here for years now and it’s are favorite campsite to vist. Location, location, location! The staff has always been great, amenities are great, the kids love the parks and arcade, the pool is always nice and heated. The beach is 3 minutes away walking. Downtown pismo is very close by. The dunes are just a few minutes by car. Now let’s get to the bad. These campsites are in DESPERATE need of attention!!! These pebbles stones they’re using is pretty much non existent. They need to add more or just get a new type of surface for the campsites. The sites are mostly dirt mud and makes it very dusty when dry Also when wet it’s muddy. It’s time for a revamp on the sites guys! It’s been years and still the same. We stayed at site 61. But I’ve stayed at may others and there all the same.

This is a unique RV park which offers a nice oceanside resort type park. I might just be bias because my daughter is a former employee who worked in reservations and my husband is a current employee, a trailer mover. I can tell you he is a proud employee and loves working part time for PCV. The park has a family atmosphere with a pool, playground, viewing room to watch subsets and activities for kids. It is the best RV park. In town.

We were next to beach access, lovely to hear the ocean. Large campground many services. We enjoyed the beach access and walking on the beach and seeing the sunsets!

Pismo Coast Village is a hidden gem of a resort. They have gorgeous beach views from their observation deck, delicious meals at the Rock and Roll diner and fun activities like Bingo and Canvas Art!

This place is in an excellent location. It's an easy walk to all the restaurants and shops in Pismo as well as the beach. There is a Cafe that even has happy hour! There is a lovely pool too.

My favorite summer “ home”. Clean bathrooms and well manicured grounds. Activities for kids. Bikes to rent, arcade heated pool, Mini golf, ping pong and corn hole. There is a general store and small cafe. It is centrally located with beach access.

Beautiful location. Huge campgrounds but your not stacked in to tightly. The person behind you is closer than the side. If coming with another friend with a trailer, I would recommend bookings site behind each other and off set by 1 spot where your doors towards each other. You will have lots of space then and very close to friend. Better than walking around to opposite side if you're in same row. Very clean, nice gravel sites with grass to back. Full hook ups and lots of TV channels. Easy access to beach on south side of camp grounds. Will be back for sure.

Overall the stay was nice. Arcade was a fun place for the kids to spend time when raining. General store was nice. Laundry facilities worked like they should. Plenty of showers and bathrooms. Downfall was once things closed you couldn’t get golf stuff, or basketball 🤷🏻‍♀️or ping pong, so we didn’t have the chance to mini golf. The grounds are clean and nice. Overall a great place to sleep when visiting the coast 👍🏼

This is a very lovely park to stay at that is very family friendly. The staff was super friendly and accommodating for all of our needs. Everything was nicely maintained and they had a plethora of amenities. I like when a place has a ton of amenities as we don’t always want the basics. They had a whole lot of activities that were not only a lot of fun for all of us but were very relaxing. The sites weren’t as big as we liked as it was a little difficult to park our big rig but it all worked out and we had a very relaxing time here. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

This park is a lot of fun to visit and it felt more of a resort than an actual campground for everything we got from it and the price. It was a little steep but with everything we got from here it was worth it. There were plenty of sites to choose from but we had a little problem parking our big rig, nothing too major as we got it all worked out but it was significant to mention. The campground was nicely maintained as none of the facilities were ever dirty. The location was great as there was a plethora of things to do that surrounded the area. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

Nicely run RV park, just off the beach, walking distance to town with shops, restaurants and fishing pier. Wifi works great, especially for a mostly full park, with 400 sites. The park is very nicely maintained with a lot of amenities, including heated pool, mini golf, arcade, cafe, well-stocked store, and bike rentals. It's in a very bike-friendly town, so there are ample bike lanes to bike anywhere you need to go. The beach is at the back entrance of the park, but you do have to take the long way around a "creek" that runs between the dunes and the ocean. But you're walking on the beach, so no complaints here. The price is a little steep, $45-$50 a night, but for a resort-type park on the beach, we felt that was reasonable. My only big complaint is that the spaces are PACKED in. It took a significant amount of maneuvering to get our 31-foot travel trailer in the spot. The spot is just long enough for the trailer so we have to park the truck next to it, leaving very little space for anything else. The fire ring is about 2 feet from the trailer, so fires for us. Some of the spaces are larger, but not many. It's tight. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

We just spent 4 nights at Pismo Coast Village. This is a very well run RV park, probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed. There is plenty of activities for young & old to do. The store is very well stocked with food, drinks, clothing & RV needs. The restaurant had some great food with happy hour every night from 4-6pm, They are within walking distance to the beach. With 400 sites in the village there was a lot of vehicles, rv's, maintenance carts and bikes traveling through the park which was the one thing we did not care for. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay especially if you are a family with kids. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group

This is a nice clean RV park close to downtown Pismo Beach. Staff there are very helpful. They have a store, swimming pool, laundry and a small restaurant on the grounds. It is pet friendly also. It's a great place to spend a few days or more there.
