This resort has all the amenities for a fun family trip. The trailer spots are quite large. Campgrounds are nice, and cabins are great. So many things for the kids to do. Miniature golf, arcade, pool, hot tub, event center fun has free games, lego table, giant connect 4, and movie nights on Friday and Saturday nights. Fun things that the staff put together like make your own colored popcorn, and scavenger hunts with a prize. Highly recommend and don't forget your free chocolate chip cookies when you check in 👍👍 Placerville, Red Hawk Casino, the Gold Bug mine/park area are just down the road.

We absolutely loved this place! Our family had an amazing time, and it was one of the best camping experiences we’ve ever had. There’s something for everyone: fishing, feeding the friendly goat, swimming in the pool, relaxing in the hot tub, family movie nights, board games, and a great playground. Our children especially loved the little train that regularly takes kids around the campground. The location is ideal—close to town while still feeling like a true outdoor getaway. The on-site store is well stocked with nearly everything you might need, and the campground offers clean showers, laundry facilities, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. We stayed both in a tent and in one of the cabins. The cabins are comfortable and include useful amenities such as a refrigerator, air conditioning, a microwave, and a TV. The owner clearly cares about guests’ comfort, and the staff are friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back and would gladly recommend this place to friends and family!

Absolutely beautiful place to camp! The cabins are adorable and very clean! The staff here is WONDERFUL! There are so many fun activities for all ages! The campsites are very clean also. We fist camped in February, brought some friends in May, and booked again for October.

This is the first time we have felt a review was needed. As this park is way over priced for what you get. My husband and I stayed here while visiting family. We are traveling full time in our RV and have been on the road for 8 months. This is the most expensive RV park we have stayed in and we have stayed in some very nice parks! We did not have sewer hookup, just water and power and rate was over 92.00 per night. To park on the grass next to a busy fwy. They offer No discounts. Nobody was in office when we arrived, we were greeted by a contractor working at the property. Finally someone came a gave us our site number. I asked about payment and he said come back later when manger is here we did 2 more times over that day and the next before someone was there to take our money. My husband talked to him about what the rate was (too high for this park). All the manager could say is”you have other options!” But no offer of a discount or refund. We understand this park is under new ownership if they are going to charge these rates they need to make alot of changes and let people know they are going to be park next to loud freeway.

Stayed a few months for work. Had a wonderful stay at the full site hookups, loved the amenities, the friendly staff, and the peaceful area. Had a couple wonderful neighbors who made the stay worth while. Give this place a chance it won’t disappoint!

LOUD Non-stop freeway noise!!!! Not relaxing our quiet at all. The low # rv spots are horrible for light sleepers. Had spot 15 booked for 3 days & cut trip short after 2 days. Would've left after day 1 & no sleep but no refund was offered when asked & we had a 2 day event close by so stuck it out for 2 days. Pool area is nice but always crowded. Freeway noise never stops despite late night or early mornings & can be heard through entire campground. Stay anywhere else if you value sleep or quiet when camping.

We had a wonderful stay. Only planned on a one night pass thru and we ended up staying three nights. We loved our site, #22. Good shade. Close to pool, hot tub, office, laundry, dog park. Staff was very attentive and responded immediately to any and all requests.

Great location to enjoy the amazing and beautiful Sierra Nevada Mountains. South Lake Tahoe is merely an hour or so away. But there is plenty to do all around this area. I gave it four stars due to the heat. It can get very hot, especially if you have direct sun. It’s also very kid friendly, which is awesome for young families but not so if you are past that period in life. So if you have young ones and looking for a short get away it’s a 5. If you are older and looking for resort leisure it’s a 4.

It was perfect for me to bring my grandson for a couple of days before he heads back to school. You can hear 50 especially on one side of the park. But the staff are very friendly and accommodating. It's not rain forest or way out dispersed. My grandson is 5 so he is happy making friends to play with. Overall easy to get to, good staff. Clean place.

Great RV Resort. They do have a lot of rules that I haven't experienced at other places, and you have to pay a $3 fee for any guests that visit - every time they visit. But, I had a great stay. Very family friendly. They have a playground, an arcade, miniature golf, and a pool. Also, they show movies in a large tent on the weekends. The office has a small store in it too. Amenities also include laundry room, showers, and fishing from a pond. They also have a grassed and fenced pet area. They have cabins to rent, tent camping sites, and various kinds of RV sites. The grounds are clean. I will be staying here again.

My business trip kept extending to where I spent 71 nights here. The staff are great and very accommodating. There are a lot of activities for children and animal life to entertain. Everything from geese with their baby’s to ducks with little ducklings and a pet goat. A free Saturday train runs in the afternoon thrilling children and adults alike. I would recommend this park to everyone.

I’ve stayed here a few times in our Motorhome and it’s been great! Hosts are friendly, very welcoming and helpful. I like the location, quick drive west to Folsom, or East to Apple Hill and everything in between.

Unfortunately, our trip here was not for pleasure, but it was a nice place to park for a few nights. A little close to the freeway, but the noise is really only heard in the morning. I would suggest the back-in sites on the north side. The park has several amenities for kids, swings, goat petting, playground, pool, mini-golf, etc. I hope to get back up here to stay in the future.

Had a wonderful weekend getaway at the resort! Got a 1 room cabin, clean, decent amount of space, nice microwave and fridge, smart TV and a cute porch swing! Bed was comfortable too! The views were lovely and the area was so quiet and peaceful. Hot tub and pool was clean and well kept. Bathroom/ showers were also nice. Will return again!

Great place so far, it is close to road but really not bad at all. You AC or heater is louder. Sites are really nice, and has great areas for kids in between area trips. Looks well maintained as well.
