Have to start with I hadn’t taken a trip to lake pleasant in over 15 years, it has gone through a MAJOR upgrade!! The dock with Dillion bbq and other shopping stores was just insane to see. Sunsets can’t be beat here! Family time is just the best and this is a place to have amazing fun! So many options you will be wanting to return to try something new each time. AMAZING lake and the water is so much clearer from when I was a kid. Love what they have done keep the updates up!!!

Great place for an RV Resort. Good amenities and friendly staff. Only gave 4 overall due to a bit pricey. Otherwise, nice place, good amenities, friendly and helpful staff. Would probably stay again if the location near the lake is necessary, but if lake access isn't required, many other options do exist.

It was nice that we could camp there and all, but it would have been better if there was a fauset with some sort of running water customers could use for various things except drinking available. It was quite on Friday night but Saturday, wow, loud music from all directions, people hanging out everywhere. I assumed it would quite down by 11pm but unfortunately it did not. Had to use some ear plugs just hoping no one would come to our camp am bother us.

Just got back from a full week at Lake Pleasant Harbor RV Resort, and it was a beautiful and fun getaway. We lucked out with a stunning water-view site—totally worth it, even without a sewer hookup. Honestly, I’d pick that peaceful lake view any day over the full hookup sites that were packed in like sardines. We spent our days fishing, paddleboarding, and cruising the resort on my new electric bike (which I may have enjoyed a little too much). The weather was perfect, and the vibe was relaxed the whole time. One night, we had dinner at the marina restaurant. The live music added a nice touch—definitely loud though! Since our site didn’t have sewer, we used the shower facilities near the office. They were clean and well-kept, just a bit of a walk from where we were parked. All in all, we had a great time—beautiful views, quality family time, and a lot of laughs. We’d definitely go back and do it all again!

Excellent place. Stopped by for a day visit. Gentleman at the entrance was extremely professional and welcoming. Was more than willing to give me a veteran discount after showing my ID. Unlike all the state owned parks in the area. The facilities are well maintained and, although it's southern Arizona, they make the most of the desert environment. Private does things better for less. Thanks for welcoming me and my friend today!

Stayed here over Presidents’ Day weekend. It’s a huge park sitting on a pretty lake, just an hour outside of Phoenix. The park essentially has three different camping experiences: Full Hookup - Your typical, very cramped, private RV camping. Flat/Open Land - Think of this like Glamis. Big flat areas without hookups that groups can circle up in. Vista - A bluff that over looks the lake without hookups. We stayed up in vista with our 28’ foot travel trailer. It’s first come, first served and we got very lucky with an amazing spot. There is a heated pool that is clean. Our kids had a bunch of fun swimming. To have the experience of being able to swim and have a great view of the lake is unique. Personally, I would not want to stay in the other areas of the park, but if you can get up on Vista then you’re in for a fun trip.

Three night shake out with our new trailer. Didn't use pool or other facilities in the full hook up section. We had water and power where we were at. Friendly neighbors. The last day someone arrived in the nextdoor no hookup area with an ultra loud generator. Didn't know those were allowed. Should we a noise limit. I wouldn't want to return if they continue to allow very loud generators.

2 Stars only for the lake view… Plenty of others nicer RV park to choose in the area. Go elsewhere. More focus on the Marina than on the RV park. No RV service. Ex: they closed the pool and spa for 2 days without any reason, as mentioned by the security guy, after telling us it will be open. Moreover, the owner was supposed to call us back to explain, guess what… he never called us back. Desapointing to say the least...

AMAZING!! This park has it all! Showers, bathrooms, swimming pool, spa, laundry, convenience store, fuel--everything you could possibly need! Plus it's right on the lake with several access points for swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, etc. Boat & jet ski rentals, lakeside restaurant, and even a giant slide right on the water. Unlike most RV parks in the Phoenix area, this park is NOT only for the retired traveler; it's kid-friendly, pet-friendly and very welcoming. Everywhere we look we see people having fun; children playing, music, laughter -- it's full of life here! The customer service is incredible. The staff are all so kind; from the moment we arrived each staff member we have seen--at the gate, at the registration office, at the convenience store, etc--has been smiling, helpful and welcoming. There are a variety of site options, most of which are priced around $50/night. And for all the amenities provided here, you definitely get your money's worth. This has been the best value of any RV park--or hotel, or air bnb, or campground--we have ever stayed at. If you're wondering whether this is the right place for you, trust me: this is the place you want to stay. It's fantastic!!!
