We came here as a family to camp while visiting the water park, and it was a great experience overall! The campground was clean, well maintained, and very easy to navigate. There were plenty of staff driving around on golf carts, so it always felt like help was nearby if needed. Our kids brought their scooters and had an absolute blast riding around the campground, which made the trip even more enjoyable for them. One of the best parts was being within easy walking distance of the water park, so we didn’t have to worry about driving or parking. Since we visited during the summer, the mosquitoes and flies were definitely out, so I highly recommend bringing a bug zapper, citronella candles, or plenty of bug spray. Other than the bugs, we had a wonderful stay. It’s a nice campground with a family-friendly atmosphere, and we would definitely come back for another camping trip!

Really enjoyed this campground, site 49 was large and plenty room and privacy. The only negative was the dip, I saw so many folks drag their rv across this dip including me.
3 mile bike trail took me along the lake. Overall great campground

This is not a campground 52 sites you must be at the office door on January 2 of the year you want to book oh spend night in a bag chair might give you a spot. The other 200 plus sites are live aboard sites. This is a RV long term place don't waste your time

Nice basic campground with full hookups.  Two-thirds or more of the sites are for long-term stays, but at least all short-term sites are grouped together in loop A. Office, camp store, and laundry are all central. Shower houses were dated but clean.

This campground is one of the nicest places to visit.  The only thing that has recently changed is it is very noisy.  Every morning at 5:30a.m. They clean the pickle ball courts with a blower.  It will ECHO across the campground.  Then if they decided to cut wood with a chain saw.  Well that is loud too.  It may happen morning hours as well.  So, if you think you are going to sleep in, thank again at this location.  You will also hear cars racing around 1 am sometimes 2 am. It is not legal racing. The staff is very helpful and nice. Most of them live at the campground. They have a lot of activities during the year that are free to participate in.  Come join the fun at the Waterpark.  It is just walking distance.  Tennis courts and pickle ball.  No pool on sight.  No internet.  That is very misleading.  Fishing is in walking distance.  Golfing is next door.  Walking trails are very nice.  They even have a putting range you can walk to.  A lot available without the need to drive around everywhere.

Traveling from NY escaping the winter and stopped in here.  Incredibly friendly and responsive staff. The grounds were clean and the campground was quiet. The hiking trail is by the water and it is well maintained. The electric and water hookups  were perfect. Stayed 2 weeks, and I will definitely be back! Thanks for a great experience

don’t stay here!! they’re hiking up prices on everything because they can’t keep campers so us long term folks have to pay! no one wants to stay here because of the price increase, insane new rules an management that only cares about money. it’s ridiculous an we hate it. it’s so unfair. the campground isn’t what it used to be and no one takes into consideration the feelings of the people who call this their home. we don’t have working washers/dryers half the time, the bathrooms an showers are disgusting, the ladies in upper management want to punish you if you complain about anything and threaten to kick you out or retaliate in some way. we aren’t able to get packages from certain carriers here anymore. it’s just sad. this used to be such an amazing place but it’s went to hell.

Clean campground with easy trash pickup, friendly people, and great walking trail and pickleball courts nearby. Definitely recommend, especially for anyone living in their RV full-time.

Kinda pricey but it's really nice with plenty to do. Plenty of bike trails, fishing and swimming. Has pickle ball courts, water park, soccer, baseball/softball fields, archery and more.

It was clean ,nice...great views...and a perfect spot for me too take a break off the river kayaking.fishing seemed pretty good too...

Do NOT recommend. Local suggested picking this Campground bc of proximity to water park for our child. Water Park is only open on weekends, however. We went on a weekday. This Campground was the dirtiest we came across our entire trip & the bathroom attendant was so EXTREMELY RUDE and MEAN. She asked us to get out of the bathroom in the morning bc she's busy cleaning & said if we absolutely needed to shower or pee to go do it at the dirty, bug infested, no A/C Pavillion bathrooms down the road. She said her name wasn't any of our damn business and we were more than welcome to report her to the office bc they won't give a damn. When I informed the office worker of this (she was extremely nice) she seemed scared to even tell the bathroom attendant lady anything at all as if this happens all the time. Said she didn't want her to "go off" on us even more. The woman was already extremely confrontational in front of my young daughter which I don't tolerate. So we leave the bathroom to avoid her and go to laundry room to grab our clothes that were finished while we showered & attendant then comes in there slamming all the machine doors around and starting her mess again back and forth! This is unacceptable customer service to paying campers or in any industry at all. Just ridiculous and pure mean. If you're having a bad day just say that or communicate to us in a non-hateful way that we are in your way cleaning. My kid was literally already done showering and I was just using the toilet . We were both brushing our teeth for 2 minutes and getting out anyway when this worker came in there on a rampage. I will be telling everyone to never go here! We had fabulous experiences at 5 other Campgrounds last week with zero complaints.

Stopped for an overnight stay. This was a perfect stop. We were in the A loop. Full hookups, public restrooms were clean. The park was quiet. Very expansive and impressive surrounding grounds. Nice walking trails. We will be sure to stop in again.

If you like screaming children around your RV, barking dogs, chug holes at a premium price this is the place for you. The site numbers are where you can’t see them certainly no resort. If you want the bare minimum at a premium price this is the place for you.  We have traveled about 30,000 miles so we have seen a lot of RV parks.

Stayed a week and it was enjoyably.  Some kids but quiet.  Friendly staff helped thaw frozen water spicket so we could hook up despite overnight temps in the teens.  On site propane kept us warm...  will stay again!

It was a little difficult to find a way to our pull through space.  It was dark and the space markings are the back side of the power box.  The site is not very level, so add some daylight hours to your arrival to ensure you have good light for finding and making adjustments while setting up.  We may have time to explore the campground and see how well it's maintained.
