A friendly place to take a nice bike ride, walk the trails, or go fishing and release them back. Very nice community camping area. Alot to see and explore. Beautiful place for a picnic with plenty of grills and playground equipment for the kids.

This is one of my favorite State Parks. It is very clean. There are so many places to visit within the park. The campgrounds are awesome! The sites are all handicapped accessible and very large. Very much enjoyed Prophetstown State Park and will be back!

I absolutely love this park! It’s my favorite place in Greater Lafayette. My family and I come here often—for various events and just for fun. We enjoy the splash park, the playground, and the overall friendly atmosphere. One of the highlights was visiting the nearby farm. It’s such a fun and amazing place where you can see and pet different animals, ride on a tractor, dance square dances, and enjoy delicious burgers, hot dogs, and refreshing lemonade. The live music made the experience even better. A perfect spot for family time, great memories, and lots of fun!

Very large nature area with many different walking and biking trails, bridges and a nice boardwalk with REALLY incredible views..Trail 3 is definitely a decent hike for beginners but the views are incredible! Especially where the Tippecanoe and Wabash Rivers converge, the view was a must-see! Only downside is restrooms could use a little updating/better maintenence but overall definitely a place for excellent adventures and leisure!

This park was amazing - so beautiful and peaceful. Lots of animals at the farm, great water park with slides, lazy river and splash pad. They offered concessions and also water walking in the lazy river after the pool closed. Paved bike paths all over the park. Awesome park!

Stayed at the Park on a recent bikepacking trip. Beautiful and historic, was the site of a Native American Village on the wooded Banks of the Rock River. The Amp Hosts Colleen and her husband Bill were very friendly and helpful!

Prophetstown State Park in Indiana is a beautiful and serene destination, perfect for picnics and family outings. The park features spacious grilling areas, a dedicated play zone, clean restrooms, and ample parking. Its picturesque scenery and well-maintained facilities make it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy nature. Highly recommended for a peaceful day outdoors!

Nice park with a great walking path with a fun scarecrow trail in October, great views/landscape, and a nice lake. I was hoping to see the farm but it closed right before we got there, the hours were posted inside of the park instead of outside of the gate. Other then that we had a nice visit!

Such a nice state park. It's a tree mile drive on the road to the park. The prairie and trees are so beautiful no matter the time of year. We visit often to hike and recently went to see the scarecrows. There's a farm area, an Indian village area, camping, a water park, several trails. Lots of picnic areas. There is an entrance fee as it is a state park, but passed available.
