Sierra wrote my review I did not while my mother has been rushed to the hospital again with fluid in her lungs at the age 88 I cannot get to her because someone decided to stab my tire that's someone was the young Mexican girl that lived next door and our manager covered for her so did her neighbor I had always went and told my manager what was going on and showed her pictures nothing was done I also showed them to the lady that says she works at corporate nothing was done so no this isn't the best place to live because people get away with absolutely everything as long as you pay your rent you don't get kicked out that's what I learned from them shame on them shame on them Jessica will always tell the truth and be the best manager ever Sierra I don't have time for her nor the lady she says is corporate I will never believe anyone that is shady and shows that they are crooked I stand behind my word

management is horrible never in office only time office stuff ever get done is when brenda is in office and only time anything is cleaned or taken care of jessica is the one to do it you never see the manager and i’ve been told by many people she just doesn’t care and tells them that it’s not her job when it’s literally her job to maintain the safety and cleanliness of this rv park we had a great community before this new management took over she has yet to fix any falling apart rvs we have two in the back and according to the policy they’re not supposed to be here, the pool has been down for weeks and they won’t do anything about it, poop bags are never refilled you’d think if she was never in office at least the park would be maintained, the ponds are filthy and are beginning to stink, the weight room stinks the carpet needs to be cleaned or something it’s just beginning to get ridiculous. hopefully something changes soon.

The RV Park is nice, the property manager Sierra is fantastic. I can't speak for other guest experience but she helped me a lot the last few weeks. She bought me a new sewer hose and helped with my electrical issues.

Find a better place for your family this is not it. Old management at least somewhat took care of everything but this new manager is clearly looking over a lot. Thankfully my job moved us but the manager got disrespectful with my wife on multiple occasions, attempted to tell my wife that she wouldn’t be allowed to work there if she associated with residents, even spoke poorly about a handful of residents, there is an rv falling apart in spot 36, the last 2 weeks of us being there no one would be in office during office hours to pick up mail. The pool chemical levels are completely off, I bought a kit and tested myself after developing a rash after being in the pool, after this was brought to managements attention the pool was locked and when one of the teenagers asked for management to unlock it they were told “that isn’t my job” as she drove off in a white dodge. The blue bath house reeks of mold and you can see the black mold. Another residents child threw logs at mine and other residents RV resulting in damage- office just issued a warning to the mom as the hellion continued wrecking havoc A different child hit my child with a fishing pole in the face- thankfully their parent took over I could continue going on and on, and I’m not saying old management was much better but at least they treated the residents with respect. Do yourself a favor and find another place to stay with your family.

DO NOT STAY HERE Onsite manager is unhelpful, never in the office during office hours, bathrooms are not clean, pond is filthy and gross, trees are about to fall down, rotten chicken and dog poop were never cleaned up and everywhere. Attempted to speak with the manager multiple times and was either turned away, criticized or just outright spoken down too.
