Rain Spirit RV hosts a wonderful property. Nicely proportioned lots and great amenities ( large private shower and bathrooms, clubhouse, pool, spa, and laundry).  Perfectly located between Clarkdale and Cottonwood made using our e-bikes for transportation convenient.  Thanks Rain Spirit!

Second visit for a month and loved it! Great management, pool, and hot tub! Excellent location to access all things. Can’t wait to come back!

Love Rain Sprit! We're wrapping up our winter stay and can't say enough about this owner friendly, clean facilities, immaculate kept landscaping, and it's location. Gary amd Kristen are ALWAYS responsive to requests and questions. You will see both owners throughout the day caring for the property or escorting an arrival to their new spot. The laundry room is small though always kept clean and equipment is operational. They take pride in their resort and it shows! What a find and perfectly located between Clarkdale and Cottonwood, which allows us to walk into either town. RAIN SPIRIT IS A TRUE GEM!

Didn't stay here but I called twice with no answer and left two messages which were never returned.  That told me everything I needed to know about their customer service.
Update: I included the screenshot when I called two days in a row with no answer and left messages.  I'd say it's a good review as I gave you over a week to perform customer service and return my calls.  I can't rate anything else because you never called back for a booking. Online booking could prevent this.  I think an apology is a better way to handle this.

A fairly new smaller park with good sized spaces. Close to Cottonwood and smaller unique towns. Great private showers and restrooms. Just the basics, but quiet and sufficient.

Very clean and quiet location. 1/2 mile out of old Town Cottonwood.
Pool and hot tub were great.  Bathrooms were in there own Casita type bldg and were new and very clean.
Pool room and gathering were equally nice.
We only live an hour away bur though what a nice little get away if you want hookups or visiting cottonwood or traveling in or out of Phx Valley.
Viewa of Sedona. Sedona 20 mile drive....easy peasy.

Thoroughly enjoyed this new and affordable RV park. Sites are gravel, clean and level, picnic tables, pavers, some trees for shade. Pool was great for cooling off from the summer heat. Location was on the west side of Clarkdale, easy access, very close to Jerome.  Location is so convenient to so many sights and activities.

Towns are close. About 18 miles from Sodona. Great view of area. Sites are stone with interior roads paved. Bathroom and shower very clean quite for the most part
Brewery and winery are close by.

Great location 20 minutes from Sedona. This was our second year here and plan to stay again. We stay 4 to 6 weeks. Beautiful views. Clean. Nice pool, showers, and laundry facility  Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for a week. Real nice resort with a pool, hot tub and a room with fitness equipment, pool table, reading area and more. Bathrooms were fantastic, spacious stand alone showers (8). Laundry area as well. The views are amazing. It’s a great launching point to Jerome, Prescott, Sedona and more. It’s quiet and lovely.

Small park with friendly people, clean, quiet, modern facilities, and near many attractions. Great views of the river and valley.

Oh how I miss Rain Spirit. Tidy park run by folks who care. Fair pricing, great location, and great amenities.

This is the most quaint rv park we have been to. The couple that runs this park will do all they can to make your stay a great experience. This has to be one of the cleanest parks we have been to. The shower rooms are large and  separate from each other. Nice pool and spa. If were ever back through here again, '' NO QUESTION " This is where will stay.

Quite new...2021. Very nice and clean. Their foliage can be a bit...close. As it is new the trees are small. Apparently, there is a age of trailer cut off....we made the cut...whew! A great central locale. Easy access to the surrounding area. Actually really like it!
