Rec Springs is such an amazing place to stay, they have amenities to suit everyone. There are RV spots with full hookups, cabins and hotel rooms. The lodge has a full restaurant and bar, with great food!! We have stayed here before and enjoyed it so much that we decided to have my husbands 50th Birthday party here. Brent and his staff went above and beyond to accommodate our large group and make everything absolutely perfect. From the steak specials, allowing us to decorate and even having a band. We can honestly not say enough good things about Brent. Please check them out and spend some time there!!!

The room was clean, roomy, very comfortable, and surprisingly affordable. The food was excellent! Plenty of spice in the Taco Salad. The staff were helpful and informative. The motel was conveniently located between Deadwood, Black Hills, Rushmore, and the Spearfish Scenic Byway - SPECTACULAR drive!!! The chipmunk that ran into our room, while we were loading up was adorable but didn't stay long enough to get him any treats.

I checked in last Tuesday in the pouring down rain and John was very helpful in getting me into my room, I had driven 9-1/2 hours and was extremely tired. I would highly recommend this place to everyone, the staff was amazing, my room was clean and comfortable and if I wouldn't have gone to jail, I would have stolen the sheets. 😄 They were softest ones I had ever slept on. The guests I met were very friendly and from different states. The full service restaurant had everything you could want to eat, as well as the bar. It was much more than I would ever have imagined for the price of a room, it was peaceful and quiet and the scenery was wonderful. I have recommended to my many friends who go out to Sturgis every year.

We love this spot for RV camping! The Black Hills are our favorite place to be and this is just the perfect Black Hills campground! The staff are INCREDIBLY friendly, the food and drinks in the restaurant are fantastic and it is the perfect combo of camping and creature comforts:) We have stayed here more than 5 times and each time it is wonderful. Trails are immediately accessible and the riding is SO good up in the Hills! Our favorite thing is the wooded area behind the campsites so we feel like we have privacy and our own oasis with our toy hauler patio down. We would and do reccomend this place up and down a million times over!

Had a great stay at Rec Springs with some friends! All of the staff were super friendly and accommodating. Their food at the restaurant/bar was very good - great breakfast, pizza, sandwiches, wings. We took UTVs out one day and John was awesome and made sure we had everything we needed to find our way out to the nearby trails and back. I would 100% stay again if I get the chance to come back to SD!
