This is a great location. They are blessed to be surrounded by so much Marvel. We had three sites here our are running club from Tillamook Oregon came here. We had new trails to run on every day new swimming spots, jumping spots into the river. It was absolutely one of the best locations we could’ve come. The resort RV park was very accommodating. They had clean restrooms and the spacious grounds to house our group. We will definitely be coming back here as you should give it a visit too. They have tiny homes although I do not know if you can rent them, but I’ve seen tiny homes yards RV sites tent sites and your surrounded by multiple state parks and trailhead to the Redwood Forest.

This is a park , not a resort . This is primarily long term residence type housing . Seemed like the only option for visiting the redwoods with a 45ft motor home that needed access to hwy 199 , but not exactly for families. Mostly locals / residents .. we had a reservation for Monday night and we called to push back one night and they were accommodating by allowing us to push our 1 night stay to the next night and told us we were ok to arrive early but the office does not open until 12:00 and no one answered the phone to help us check in , know where to go , or even know where our site was after 3 calls because it was before 12:00 . It’s not easy to Maneuver a 45ft motor home with a tow vehicle through a small park with no guidance. Writing a review We did not end up staying the night at the park , we parked the motor home for 4 hours and explored the area and left . We are a traveling RV family of 4 with two young kids and this is not my recommendation.

My husband and I were need a place to stay overnight in our car (we do this a couple times when we take roadtrips to Oregon and California). They had an option to get a campground without a reservation- we just needed to pick up an envelope that told us where our spot is and had us fill out credit card info. I think this was great, as we came around 11 pm and it is hard to find a place to stay during those hours. It was $45 per night, eh in we were fine to pay even tho we didn’t need anything except a spot to park and bathrooms! The bathrooms are well kept and hot water is available and it looks like there’s showers too. Overall a nice stay on a quiet place and we’re very happy!

This is the third time we have stayed here. Staff members are professional and easy to work with. The area is one of the most beautiful in the world between the coast and the redwood trees and the price is reasonable. We travel here from South Carolina and the visit is well worth the long drive.

This is a laid-back park amid the beauty of Northern California trees. It's a great spot for groups and families. Dog friendly. Birds chirping, frogs at night (seasonal) nice residents. The owners/managers are hands-on; they show that care about their guests and the property. There is plenty of room for large and small RVs. They have tent spaces and little houses for rent. They've got showers and bathrooms. They've got a Pickle Ball court (I think that's what it's called, could be wrong). Redwood Meadows is an eclectic park, which suits my tastes. There is a convenience store right at the corner and a breakfast place across the street (it's pricey but good). There's a walking trail (0.8 miles) that takes you right to the Jedidiah Smith campground, which borders the river. For me, the best part of Redwood Meadows has always been its peacefulness. Although Highway 199 is right here (yes, you hear the cars driving by), the park itself is calm. The owners keep it restful and quiet and always respond if there is a commotion. I've had extended stays at RV parks across America, and this one is my favorite for its placid feel, coupled with its proximity to Crescent City (15 minutes driving) and the Pacific Ocean.

What can I tell that hasn't been said already about this beautiful place?! Lol I love that there is a path that you can drive and see so many different trees. Then park and go on the Grove of the Titans trail and really be amazed! No dogs allowed. This is an intermediate type of trail. It does end and has a turn around where some of the biggest are in that section of the park.

Awesome spot to stay while exploring the Redwoods! We tent camped and it was peaceful and quiet at night. Our site (T14) was hands down the best tent spot in the park! The woman who helped us was so friendly and welcoming, and the bathrooms and showers were spotless, which was such a bonus. We’d 100% stay here again if we’re back in the area!

Staff was extremely kind and helpful! We were going to arrive late, they had a map with our spot marked left for us cause we arrived after office hours. They sent a wonderful email and wished us safe travels. (Recently went to another non related rv park and couldn’t get ahold of staff, couldn’t find our spot, was a terrible experience) so this was a breath of fresh air! The hookups were easy and working! Spots were reasonably spread out (I mean it’s an RV park… if you don’t want neighbors don’t do an RV park) Overall one of the best parks we have stayed at!!

This place has it all and in the middle of the awesome Redwoods. Not as cold and cloudy as the actual coast, but definitely not as hot as inland! The facilities are great and improving every year since the new owners, Sean and Josh, have taken over!

My wife and I were on a 1 month Motorhome trip heading to Sonoma and stayed here for 1 night. The park was lovely and quiet, set back from the highway. It is right across the Hwy from Jedediah Smith State Park which we wanted to visit during on our way south. The lady at the desk was lovely, she was extremely well informed and wonderful to deal with. Combined with the quiet, full hook-ups, reasonable fees and spacious sites we had a great experience and will return.

Very quiet, low key place to stay. It's one of the prettiest spots we saw that's literally in the Redwood Forest and right across the street from Jedediah State Park and the Smith River. Bathrooms were clean!! Staff was extremely accommodating when our pup got sick and we had to take her to a Vet on the day we were supposed to check out. They told us go take care of our dog and we'd work the rest out. We ended up having to stay an extra night and they even adjusted the price to reflect the weekly discount since our stay was now 7 nights. One of the new owners, Shawn, is busy making some improvements to the park as resources come available. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again if we are ever able to make it back out this way. Highly recommend Redwood Meadows RV Resort.

Absolutely amazing stay here with my fiancé and dog! We ended up coming a day earlier than our booked reservation, but were quickly accommodated and helped by Carrie who was so sweet and kind. She even took the time to go over the redwoods map with us and pointed out some dog friendly areas. Our platform tent site was well kept and the entire area was very clean. Bathrooms and showers were also very clean and maintained. I would definitely come back again!

Very clean and well taken care of, the office administrator was extremely helpful in figuring out the best local areas for us to see and explore. Very informative and highly recommend for a trip anywhere near the redwoods!

This is a great Resort! It had the cheapest price out of all rv. parks we have ever stayed at. It has brand new bathrooms and showers=very clean. The laundry matt was very cheap and clean too. It isn't very far from Crescent city. The management was very nice and agreeable when we needed a different parking site other than the one we had been assigned. The park was quiet.

Potentially amazing, but plastic off-gassing, bright lights from the thermostat and polyester sheets made sleeping uncomfortable. We were really excited to stay at this spot, they are the second location of Tiny Tranquility - one of the truly coolest places on the coast to stay. In Waldport, it rents custom built tiny homes for over nights. Lots of useful facilities, very community oriented. Quality, but small. When I heard they were opening this location next to the Redwoods, I could hardly contain my excitement. Our experience was disappointing, though. Instead of unique custom-built tiny homes with quality materials, they have very nice, but totally pre-fab cookie cutter homes that have an overwhelming smell of plastic. To top that off, ALL of the bedding was polyester. And the thermostat was extremely bright and positioned right across from your face, so unless you cover it with a pillow, it's blasting light all night long. Additionally the wifi modem had bright lights too. In a tiny home, you are next to EVERYTHING, so little things like this make a difference. I will probably come again, because the location is nice, the staff is friendly, the community feels safe, but I'll bring ALL my own bedding and something to cover all the lights. We'll sleep with the windows open again, and with time, these new tiny homes will off-gas.
