Sun Resorts bought Reflections on Silver Lake less than a year ago, so I’ll give credit where it’s due. They inherited a really nice park. The views are genuinely beautiful, the roads are wide, the lots are spacious, and the people here are great. The infrastructure is solid and the location is super convenient. There have been some real improvements. Old, worn-out trailers are finally being removed, and RV sites are getting upgraded with concrete pads and landscaping instead of uneven sand lots. Seeing 30-plus-year-old units phased out is a big positive. Now the frustrating part. Management feels stretched thin. We have a part-time manager who also covers other parks, and it shows. Communication and follow-through can be lacking from the office they tell you what you want to hear. . Activity funding has been cut back too—which makes no sense. Pickleballs don’t exactly break the budget, and activities are a big part of why people choose a community like this. One more important thing to know before buying: most of the park is classified as RV, which means no Florida 723 protections. Do your homework and understand your rights before purchasing. Overall, this place has huge potential and a great foundation. With better on-site management, and more support for community activities, it could easily be 5-star park. Right now, it’s a solid but mixed experience.

This could be a great park but they no longer heat the pools. The pools and hot tub are constantly broke down and cold . There are many other senior park options in the area that are less expensive and have heated pools.

This is a nice place to live. Very nice people run it. The amenities are great. But the owners are ripping off the residents more every year by raising rents . 12% just this year. That is horrible.

Under new administration is about the only thing positive. Last management lacked in doing her job , hence spent majority of her time in peoples personal business instead of performing her job . Lots of houses/trailers for sale in this community , ask why Lot rent has become unaffordable to many . Nothing but glorified "trailer park" quoted from local law enforcement !

Lease rents go up tremendously every year , they do not hold up to their contracts of cutting the grass for one. They do not repair things as they rot away They change rules for certain individuals living there Use to pay lease of $285.00 when I purchased there first in the year of 2015 but as of Today as of 07/25/25 I now pay $575.00 which includes garbage pickup , cutting the grass which by the way is jumping up to $640.00 this October, but they do not cut grass to offend , to me they are I breach of contract, they only make the entrance look good which is does to make new individuals think and I mean think it's a great place to live , well it use to be , and some full time residents make it worse with all the BS they spread , with out the people who live there voluntarily doing things and organizing it all this place would not be a place of choice , it is all misleading to fool the public this is why over 100 homes are for sale but its the investors in all parks needless to say
