This is are third year coming to Resort at Canopy Oaks and will be are last. This place has gone down hill so bad. None of the dog stations have poop bags, shower in bath house was disgusting with mold in the shower. The pool hasn’t been heated since last year and they continue to lie about fixing it. There are very few food trucks that come in anymore. The deli has great food but so understaffed that it takes forever to get your food. With so many other options out there save your money and go elsewhere.

We have stayed at Canopy Oaks since it opened and are sad this maybe our last time. The last two years the pool has not been heated and the excuses are many but in the end no one is using the pool and that is a problem. The hot tube is heated but is filled with children due to the pool being so cold. My wife previously enjoyed the activities but due to who knows why, there have been little to none this year. Someone needs to start listening to the campers or you won’t have campers coming anymore.

Super clean, very friendly, spacious sites, excellent pool, delicious deli and pizza. As a bonus Trent and Misty are two of the best bartenders I’ve met. Great place if you just want a chill and relaxed experience. Sunsets are out of this world. We will be back.

We stayed in one of the cottages. Very well stocked with everything you might need. Clean. Very nice units. All of the staff were very friendly. Trevor at the Tiki Bar was fantastic! Most Beautiful campground I have ever seen! . Beautiful pool are. Definitely will be returning!

We have been coming to Canopy Oak’s for about 5 years now for Thanksgiving.. We have kept coming back because of the beautiful campsites, service and amenities! This year it has been terrible! This new management company is awful! The bath houses are terrible, toilet paper all over the floors, soaps and toilet tissue are constantly empty and complaining doesn’t help. the store has nothing useful in it. The laundry center is so dirty and the dryers do not work! Just take my money! They took out the ping pong table, removed the foos ball table while we were there. Removed all the board games from the club house. They stated they were opening a game room, why would you do that during a busy week.. not smart planning! No access to the games for most of our 8 day stay. Fitness center was closed. ! The Tiki is a whole story of its own! The people running it are not bartenders, they do not know how to make drinks, they are “out of” basic liquors. The salt container a margarita mix is full of mold! The girls that are suppose to be bartenders are rude, have attitudes and would rather text on their phones than help you. I hope they get it together here or we will not be back… this place will not survive if things do not change.. this place went from full every year to 1/2 full already…

Nice, spacious grounds. Just don't interrupt the ladies "working" at the tiki bar lollygagging and don't dial the disconnected "security number" when the gate is closed. Otherwise ok. Half an hour away from any services like groceries or restaurants.

We just left Canopy Oaks for our first time vist. Sites are huge and very clean. Staff very friendly, and the bathrooms are spotless. The place was EMPTY. With over 400 sites there were maybe 12 campers there. Also the playground is way to small for such a big campground. Perhaps build a few more to accommodate, unless 12 campers is par. Also the internet was totally spotty even though we were right near a pole.

We pulled our 38’ fifth wheel here. We really enjoyed this park. It was very well kept, had all the amenities we needed, had friendly staff, and was a very nice setting. We enjoyed the location as it was far enough away from large population centers to be peaceful and close enough to be convenient. We found lots of things for us to do nearby but that is a subjective thing so up to you to decide. Water pressure was great. Starlink and camp WiFi were strong and cell service was good. The deli was actually pretty good too. Sunrises and sunsets were very picturesque. Nice trails to walk, too, right on the property. They have a Small gym with enough weight to challenge you and some cardio equipment. No real negatives though the lawn cutting was a bit delayed…not that important to us but some campers were complaining about that so I guess it is important to many folks. Anyhow, worth it and we’ll be going back. Really enjoyed the whole package.

Canopy Oaks is so much fun! The pool, tiki bar, club house games, gym, nature trails, and the daily events for kids such as arts & crafts, Scavenger hunts, mini golf, my list can go on and on. We absolutely love visiting there!! We literally check in, park, and don’t leave because we don’t need to. They really seem to take pride in their ability to entertain their guests!! My family visits every summer for at least a week! Some of our friends who live closer go all year long. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, super informative and knowledgeable about the area and towns near by. canopy is our go to camping spot! Yall are our home away from home, and when it’s time to leave, we don’t want to! Thank you Canopy for being a refreshing place to visit! The hospitality is much appreciated.

Canopy Oaks was very clean and well taken care of. The pool was amazing especially for our toddler. He was able to play in the shallow parts of the pool with no problem. The staff were super nice and very helpful. It was located in a great part of Florida if you want peace and quiet. It was very quiet and full of wildlife. We enjoyed our stay at Canopy Oaks.

We camped at site 375 in our 22 ft travel trailer for 4 nights. Our son & his family are full time RVs & were at site 374, so we had such a great visit. Not crowded at all while we were there, which was nice. We thought prices were very reasonable for the amenities you have access to. Clubhouse is very nice with grocery store & cafe/grill. We will be back!

We had such an amazing time! One of my favorite things was the clubhouse with all the different games. We definitely had a blast playing some games there. One thing I have to stand out is how clean the whole place is. I absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be coming back. Also, the staff was amazing extremely nice and very, very playful with our babies. Overall, it was a great experience.

We stayed at Resort at Canopy Oaks for the first time the week of April 20 to 27. The resort was very clean and quiet. The RV sites are wide and have level concrete pads. All sites have a picnic table which is a great value added feature. We have stayed at other resorts (not affiliated with Landstar) which charged more per night and did not provide a picnic table. The pool was nice and there was plenty of available seating around it. There's plenty to do for adults and children. It was great that the resort is approx. 2 1/2 miles from Hwy 60, as we could not hear any highway traffic at all; just the sounds of the frogs and crickets at night. We definitely will stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

Beautiful spot to park the camper and take a break. Deli was delicious with great service and the Tiki followed suit. Good drinks and conversations. We’ll definitely be coming back at some point. One suggestion: better and control at the site. I realize they’re all over the place in Florida but when the pups were laying out with us and the happened to lay on one of the “cuts” in the concrete they ants swarmed the dogs blocking their trail. We will also be adding something to our own supplies for future travels.

Our first trip here, but not our last! It's halfway between us and our friends on the East Coast! The sites were spacious, all concrete and level! The amenities were top-notch! My husband loved the Tiki Bar and the pizza shop! I loved the relaxing atmosphere! Yes, it's a ways out of town, but if you plan ahead, no issues! We did drive into Bok Tower, an awesome place to visit!
