Great little place. We stay in Cottonwood every year at various RV Parks around the area. Saw this last year and decided to give it a try. Definitely a good decision, the price was decent, the staff was fabulous on check in, simple process and the site was waiting for us as promised. RV spots are large, utilities all modern and easily located for quick set up. The whole facility was clean and well kept. We Loved the location by the river, but with the drought, it wasn’t very deep but still enjoyed walking along the banks. We will be back and will have no problems staying here again.

We were greeted by a very friendly office worker when we arrived. The park is clean. The lots are level with easy access. The bathrooms are very clean with the shower in each individual bathroom. Most spaces have a shade tree. It is very quiet here and really close to shopping in town. Points of interest are a short drive away.

Highly recommended campground. From the friendly check-in to the well numbered and signed spaces, it was a joy to be here. We stayed along the river, I recommend #32! The camp was clean, well kept. Clean bathrooms and nice walking trails. Don't miss out on the hile to the platform at Sugarloaf. It's only about a 15 minute hike and the views are fantastic. You can't hike to the very hilltop, private property, but still worth it.

We had a wonderful stay this weekend! We had a late check-in, the staff was kind enough to call us and let us know how to check-in. They even had a map waiting for us after hours with directions and instructions! Highly, highly recommend sight #47. We had a great view of the Verde River and enjoyed our morning walks along it. The park was only a few minutes from Old Town Cottonwood, which we got to enjoy. The free WiFi was solid, we were able to stream on multiple devices. We will absolutely return in the future!

We are SO happy we found this place! Site #33 with the Verse River view was perfect. Just big enough to not feel crowded and easy to get in to. And the dog off leash area down by the river is a puppy paradise! (See my pics!) Also, Amanda in the front office is awesome… she could give master’s class on welcoming guests and making them feel well cared for. We would definitely come back if we’re in Cottonwood again 😁 ~@therunawaypeach
