This is our second stay here. We pick this park because it's easily accessible to the bike trail.

Close to town. Sites are close. By a great riverfront walk, close to river. Shade in some spots. I believe they are year round.

Great location. RV park on the Colorado river, next to City park and close to center city. Enjoyed gatherings in the club house. Laundry and showers are clean and well maintained. Jean is very kind and helpful. Amazing lady.

I seen NO health department inspection certificate nor business license for the kitchen where this park makes and sells food , has cochroachs and who knows what other critters , park is not animal friendly, it may take you several days before the owner Jean will let you pay your electric bill and rent , very inconvenient when she asks you to come back the next day to do so , and then again the next day , one month it wasn't until 9 days later before I was able to finally get her to let me pay for my rent n electric. Lots of drama also at this park , new rules include that you must have your cat on an leash at all times. Electric rates are out of this world , $.20.5 per kw in December 2023. Not ran professionally at all .
