River Front RV Park

What a great place to stay. The CG is under new Management and now you.will experience 2 lovely Hosts in a nice CG next to the wetlands Park. Superclean and big bathrooms that have enogh space to shower with 2 Kids (5 and 6), with reasonable prices in the laundry. Daily Rates are typical for KOA, but Kids Up to 17(!) stay for free (unlike in other koa where they start charging from 6 and Up) so a big thumbs Up there in terms of "Family friendly". Nicely graveled Sites with a concrete Patio WE stayed mid May for 2 nights in Site 25 which is Close to the Office, laundry and showers. Totally recommend this Campground.

Teresa is a gem! The park is in a quiet location and felt very safe. The restrooms are immaculate. Lots of amenities we unfortunately didn't have time to take advantage of. We will definitely return. Thank you for a restful stay.

Just stayed one night. The new camp host was very nice and helpful, we certainly appreciated him. Bathrooms were impeccable clean and nice. Our neighbor unfortunately let her dog out in the morning and we watched it take a dump in out campsite, which she chose not to cleanup. But this isn't on KOA, just horrible guests.

Great place to overnight. Big Rig friendly. Level spots, doggie potty fenced area, clean laundry facilities , small store inside. Club house and viewing decks with outside seating. There is the coolest park with an amazing play area very close. Its a must see for all ages. Staff is professional and friendly!

Staff is friendly. Club House was huge. 2 super nice bathrooms. Nice clean laundry facilities. Next door to wetlands where you can bike and walk your dog until they are tired which is nice because doggie play area is really funny and small.

This is our second stay here. We pick this park because it's easily accessible to the bike trail.

Close to town. Sites are close. By a great riverfront walk, close to river. Shade in some spots. I believe they are year round.

Great location. RV park on the Colorado river, next to City park and close to center city. Enjoyed gatherings in the club house. Laundry and showers are clean and well maintained. Jean is very kind and helpful. Amazing lady.

I seen NO health department inspection certificate nor business license for the kitchen where this park makes and sells food , has cochroachs and who knows what other critters , park is not animal friendly, it may take you several days before the owner Jean will let you pay your electric bill and rent , very inconvenient when she asks you to come back the next day to do so , and then again the next day , one month it wasn't until 9 days later before I was able to finally get her to let me pay for my rent n electric. Lots of drama also at this park , new rules include that you must have your cat on an leash at all times. Electric rates are out of this world , $.20.5 per kw in December 2023. Not ran professionally at all .

Awesome park. There are really cool buildings and it is right next to the Colorado River! The African Daisy's and tomato plant were a nice touch. Unfortunately couldn't take my Toy Hauler here. Guess it's 55+. Would have been nice if there was a sign or notice before hand...

The owner and staff were so friendly. The RV park is adjacent to the West Wetlands Park which has beautiful trails and a paved walking path. It was a perfect place to walk the dogs and a very safe area. I will definitely stay here again.

Rustic and on Colorado river. Nice people. Bumps up against West wetlands. I go there because during winter they have music jams.
friendly ghost
I'm not staying there but it's right next door and I've spoken with guests. Chief problem is with pet owners. The hosts, I'm told, are trying to segregate those with pets to a few spaces in the front and they cannot be walked through the park. Great if you hate pets, lol. The owner is known to make her politics known and some guests find it offensive. Some say it's pricey for what it offers but it's a good sized park with some very nice rigs pulling in. It's cute in a folksy way. Spaces are mostly back in style with a bit of a side yard. Some sites are nicely shaded but most are not. Basically, the consensus is it's over priced, not pet friendly, and the tone of the place matches the political upheaval we're all feeling.
