A friend of mine and myself decided to take our kayak and paddleboard out for a day trip to Riverland in Kingsburg. the fee was reasonably priced, the service was excellent, parking was a little tight, but we did find parking, the area was clean and well maintained, considering there was a very large crowd there with multiple RV, , and camping gear, the river itself was very refreshing and clean, the large crowd there was very respectful of everyone else, if you’re looking for a quick getaway or a day trip, somewhere to put in your boat or kayak I highly recommend Riverland RV resort in Kingsburg

We live here as an in between , we are stationed in the navy at NAS-Lemoore, CA and sold our house, moved into our RV full time until we move on to new orders in Fallon NV. We love this place

Upon arrival there was no one in the office so we headed to our site to find that the gate was coded. Luckily, one of the workers came by and helped us get in. We stayed for 3 weeks on the pond side which was well maintained with new hookups. The spaces were a little too close together, but we only had neighbors on the weekends so it didn't effect us to much. Used the laundry room, 3 of each machines which are run by downloading app. We are use to this so worked out fine. Machines and room could have been a little bit cleaner. If Wifi is important to you, they do not offer it, so bring your own and even then signal is not very strong.

This place is awesome. The beach is big and the sand is soft. Lots of places to relax. Now the down sides... parking and restrooms. The closest restroom is probably a 10min walk. It's not close by at all. If u bring a boat, the trailer parking is pretty far away. They have lots of availability parking but it's a long walk. If u are looking for a fun place to hang out and don't mind far parking and bathrooms then this is ur place. It cost me $30 to get in with the boat and $10 per person on top of that. Kids 5 and under are free so it cost me a total of $50.

Horrible dive place, reflected in the smug ignorant office worker attitudes. I stayed there while my wife was in hospice, nearby. After my wife passed, sooner than we expected, I relayed this information to the office, seeking a partial refund, and this office creep actually said, "I thought you said your wife was going to be in hospice longer" NOTHING GOOD HERE... STAY FAR AWAY... no refund was given...

We have RPI with our 5th wheel and was charged more than anywhere we stayed in Texas, California, Arizona, New Mexico, and the place is not the quality where we have been staying. Pass it up, don't stay here!

We went with family and friends it was fine until we got flee bites and tick bites too had to get tested for Lyme.No it’s not isolated the little girl that lives there apparently had bites too so obviously it’s there in the campsites

We just went swimming it was really nice I love this area they just need to get rid of the cat poop all over the sand

Amazing!! It's the closest place to take your family to the lake. It's only a 25 minute drive to fresno or tulare.

Only good for quick stop. Undeveloped sites with no sewer hookup. Expensive!

I got there before the office posted closing hours but there was no one there to help check me in. Luckily the gate opened and I was able to find a spot, but I wasn't certain that it was the exact spot I had reserved because of the numbering system wasn't perfectly clear. I called the number and sent an email to the address available but didn't hear anything back. Everything worked out fine and I'm sure it was just a snafu of some kind.

Hey Riverland hope life is treating you the way you treat your tenants . Get it right I tanned topless if I was naked you and Sergio would have citizen arrested me. Were you besides yourself because I couldn’t get arrested for being topless and I never had lack of employment you and your bandits awarded me with 15,000 dollars . I pray that you guys get the help that you need and stop harassing people. Remember you only work there you don’t govern it . Merry Christmas! Muah I definitely breath better in coastal air and not with aggravated unnecessary blowing and mowing I’m sure I’ll be seeing you all soon!

Very nice place, came here for a small family trip. My husband, son and I had so much fun here playing in the water. Definitely plan on coming again
