Riverview RV Park in Lake Ozark, MO | Scenic Riverfront Stay

Great RV park!!  Salt water pool, private fishing pond, next to Osage River with a fishing dock, bath houses, general store, propane on site, 30amp, 50 amp hook ups, large area for tents.  Friendly management and camp host.

This is by far the best RV park that I have stayed in while in Missouri. The onsite management is amazing, friendly, extremely helpful, and informative. The showers and restrooms are clean and spacious as well as the laundry room and the store. The location is perfect; easy access to hwy 54, local businesses, attractions, and shopping galore. I plan to stay year round as they offer long term accommodations.

Little highway noise, nice back in sites along the river. Different pricing structure than any campground I've ever stayed.

Worst campground we have ever stayed in.. neighbor's sewer hose is right under our picnic table! Says spacious lots and ours as you can see is approximately 2 feet I do not recommend owner is very rude she had no concerns about our situation!! This is definitely NOT A RESORT!!!! Do your self a favor and pass by this one! Go to Osage Beach and find something nice 👍 let me be clear these photos were not staged in no way shape or form..we do a lot of traveling and I have never had a problem.  This place is pure disgusting.. if you read her reply she blames me for not coming to the office which I did and I spoke to the girl inside and showed her pictures but yet as you can tell by my post she never came to me and asked what she could do to make it right! As the owner of a park how many times do you want me to come to the office to complain can you come to me and see the problem??? And yet you want to reply that your tables are never over the sewer hose so that gives an answer my lot was literally two feet long and once I took my pictures to the office the picnic table that had the big hole in the seat had replaced while we went into town so no the pictures were not stage the owner is not very compliant she can say what she wants but my pictures speak the truth! Make sure you read ALL the reviews 🤢🤢🤢🤢

We recently stayed 2 weeks here and loved it. It's beautiful, well kept and right on the river. They have a dock at the river, salt water pool, and huge pond you can fish in. The location is perfect, right off the highway for easy in and out but tucked down off the river so you're views are gorgeous! Super close to all the main attractions. We can't wait to return.

We stayed for the month of March. We really enjoyed our stay and had a nice site on the Osage River.  The folks working there were helpful and friendly. Beautiful park.

My husband and I loved every minute at this beautiful, clean and peaceful RV park and campground by the Osage River! We were lucky enough to find this place in the winter during our travels and ended up coming back to stay more long term in March. The owner Tammy and the entire staff went above and beyond to be accommodating and made our stay fun and stress free. Everyone we met in the park, whether they were guests or worked there, were so kind and friendly. Even our dog, Walter, made friends! The park is very dog friendly with lots of space to walk/run them around. We are truly going to miss this place and wish we could stay longer!

P.S. Keep an eye out for bald eagles!

It's a bit noisy from traffic, but absolutely beautiful. It has plenty of areas to walk by the river. There are plenty of spots to fish.

The natural life here with the frogs, ducks, birds, and otters is like no other.

Everyone is friendly here. The staff goes above and beyond. Itt is very clean and well maintained park. We are already planning another trip to stay here again.

I was lucky enough to spend months at Ozarks Landing. It was always very quiet, the staff is helpful and friendly, the lots are spacious, and the park really is dog friendly. The location of the park being so close to everything at the lake, and highway 54 really makes it a no brainer. When I visit the lake, this is the only place I’m staying.

As a mother traveling with my family, I was appalled by how unwelcome we were made to feel. The staff was rude and dismissive, and we were treated differently compared to other guests. It’s heartbreaking to think that our ethnicity could have been a factor. Beyond the poor treatment, the park itself is a disaster. The water smells terrible, the facilities are outdated, and the lack of safety measures is alarming. We won’t be coming back.

It’s unfortunate that instead of addressing the concerns raised in my review, Ozarks Landing RV Resort has chosen to deflect and make personal attacks. For clarification, I was not fired—I resigned in the middle of the night due to ongoing harassment, mistreatment, and the company’s questionable business practices.

As for the claims about my performance, I worked hard, even coming in on days off and trying to accommodate my doctor’s appointments due to my pregnancy—a fact I initially kept private because I feared the exact type of treatment I ultimately experienced. Your attempt to dismiss my concerns as “false accusations” further underscores the toxic environment at this park.

Additionally, it’s worth noting that staff frequently smoked cigarettes and vapes indoors, fully aware I was pregnant, which speaks volumes about the lack of professionalism and respect shown to employees and guests alike

This response only solidifies why I will not be returning or recommending this location to others. Instead of accountability, you opted for intimidation. Future guests deserve to know what they might encounter here.

We spent 3 months here this summer and had a wonderful time,  fishing on the River was fun, going to the Lake was fun.  The location of this RV Park is situated for easy access to town, grocery stores, restaurants etc.
This park was beautifully maintained Thanks to John and Julius and the camp host Margie and Frannie were wonderful and became very good friends with me.
I would suggest this RV Park to anyone visiting the Lake area.
