We stayed at Riverview for 9 mos. and for a temporary stay, this place is excellent. It's a convenient location, very close to downtown Puyallup (Fred Meyer, Safeway, fast food, restaurants, etc.) The rent, in my opinion, was reasonable. The management kept the place tidy. The RVers there (many were long-term tenants) were nice. They do have an on-site shower and laundromat but I went to a larger nearby laundromat. You also have your own mailbox. I give it 4.5 stars only because the RV spaces were a bit tight (we were very close to other RVs on both sides). We enjoyed our stay there.

This is more of a mobile home park. It's crowded and old school. The train goes by all hours of the day and through the night, and it starts back up at 5:30 a.m. Given that it's in town, the train has to really lay on the horn. There is no office onsite and it's a cash only business.

Riverview is a well-kept RV park located next to Puyallups River and its historical downtown. Theirs a trail running alongside the river, and the location itself has close access to a plethora of different amenities. The park itself has showers & a laundry facility. The property management does an amazing job maintaining the park and are extremely personable and quick to resolve any issue you may have.

This place is rat infested, full of drama, the owner and property managers are garbage. Homeless people constantly roaming in and out all hours of the night and using the rv parks so-called “amenities.” They pick and choose who the rules apply to based on how well they like the tenant. Claim that they don’t allow older RVs in the park- but almost %80 percent of them are run down and older than dirt, not to mention filthy.
