This is a great location...right in the heart of Johnson City and the trailhead to the 290 Wine Trail. Very quiet and well kept park. The staff here is top notch and really friendly and helpful. This park is not a resort, so if you don't need a pool or pickleball courts, this should fit the bill. Every site either has concrete pads or concrete runners and are on good shape...nice, level, and all have full hookups and picnic tables. My only gripe is that for the 50 amp sites, the post is too low to the ground, and if it's cool outside, bending your power cord to get it into the plug is a little bit of a challenge. However, I got it to work. Good internet and logging in is extremely easy...a lot of other parks should be this simple. Mostly long-termers at this property, but everyone was friendly and very respectful. We will be back.

We are fulltime RVers and booked one month but were able to stay for 5 which says a lot. The park was wonderfully quiet and perfect for work camping. Unfortunately the park showed it's age which sadly I have to point a finger at the owners not the management staff they were always friendly and helpful.

Nice quiet park. Was nice to stay and visit LBJ museum. Close to Fredericksburg TX. Staff did a great job finding discounts for our stay. Dynamic pricing made this park expensive for what is offered.

Nice quiet park. Bathrooms were suitable although men’s room was way too hot. Great location near stores and restaurants. Rate was a high it was $65 for a night.

It was a great place to stay, right in the middle of everything. Mark was very nice and helpful. Wish the bathroom was in the cabin but it was right next door so that helped. The cabin was nicely decorated, we enjoyed the porch very much. Air conditioning worked great and the bed was very comfortable.
