This is a great location...right in the heart of Johnson City and the trailhead to the 290 Wine Trail. Very quiet and well kept park. The staff here is top notch and really friendly and helpful. This park is not a resort, so if you don't need a pool or pickleball courts, this should fit the bill. Every site either has concrete pads or concrete runners and are on good shape...nice, level, and all have full hookups and picnic tables. My only gripe is that for the 50 amp sites, the post is too low to the ground, and if it's cool outside, bending your power cord to get it into the plug is a little bit of a challenge. However, I got it to work. Good internet and logging in is extremely easy...a lot of other parks should be this simple. Mostly long-termers at this property, but everyone was friendly and very respectful. We will be back.

We are fulltime RVers and booked one month but were able to stay for 5 which says a lot. The park was wonderfully quiet and perfect for work camping. Unfortunately the park showed it's age which sadly I have to point a finger at the owners not the management staff they were always friendly and helpful.

Nice quiet park. Was nice to stay and visit LBJ museum. Close to Fredericksburg TX. Staff did a great job finding discounts for our stay. Dynamic pricing made this park expensive for what is offered.

Nice quiet park. Bathrooms were suitable although men’s room was way too hot. Great location near stores and restaurants. Rate was a high it was $65 for a night.

It was a great place to stay, right in the middle of everything. Mark was very nice and helpful. Wish the bathroom was in the cabin but it was right next door so that helped. The cabin was nicely decorated, we enjoyed the porch very much. Air conditioning worked great and the bed was very comfortable.

Great little Rv park - mostly long timers - right across from service station and next door to grocery stores. Nice long pull thru sites. I would absolutely use this park again

We stayed in the Roadrunner RV park in Johnson City , Tx. . RV park was centrally located. Very basic amenities that were clean! A better dog pet area needed, although we didn’t bring our dog on this trip. Manager very helpful ordered a part we needed to fix our RV, which arrived the next day!!! The BIG negative was that in our section of pull through RV spaces, it was way too crowded. We had no room to pull out our awning. Set up chairs or table without feeling like we were directly into our neighbors space. When going out our door I could literally touch our neighbors pop out section!l. I had never experienced being that tight in an RV park!!!! And, there was plenty of room empty spaces….we could have been spaced further apart. So not sure what was up with that!? Fortunately we had a family house whee we spent most of our waking time so it worked out!!

Beautiful trees and good shade and picnic bench. Some road noise but easy hook up and walking distance from a good local BBQ place which we enjoyed. Fairly priced.

We have stayed at this location twice now. This last time we stayed seven days—first time was a three day stay. Both times were awesome experiences! Everything was very clean and quiet, despite being in the middle of town along the highway. The park is centrally located in the heart of Texas, offering an easy drive to Austin, San Antonio, and Fredericksburg. There is a grocery store located next door with everything that you may have forgot at home. There are restrooms, showers, and a laundry if needed. Staff have been very friendly and helpful during both stays—Mark and Danielle are awesome!!! They do offer Sam’s Club and AAA discounts. I am sure we will be back.
