This isn’t even an rv park and the phone number that they advertise everywhere is probably a no working number cause anytime I’ve called it in the past three years it just rings. You can never get ahold of anyone so I’m not sure how they always keep it rented out

Lot rental too high, please don't force out your nice residents and ruin the community out of greed. 5 star residents at 1 star rentals. Keeping your residents will be way more cost savings to you, the park owners, in the short and long run. You will reap what you sow and keep your kind community.

Their speed limit is 3MPH!!! My car 🚗 CANT go 3mph!!! Maybe 5, but 10 is more reasonable.

They have a perverted peeper who peeks in your windows living there it makes me very uncomfortable living there as a single female. Also you need to make sure you get your rent receipts because if you don't they will be used against you and if its decided by the landlord that you have company that he doesn't like or that you haven't asked permission to have company visiting or staying the night he will say you haven't paid charge very high late fees and you can't even get help from agencies that help with heat and rental assistant and he will kick you out with no mercy and in my case no where to go with an old year model rv making you in a sense homeless.

Very clean and quiet. The neighborhood is great and the location couldn't be more ideal. You are right between all the best things, halfway to Zion and halfway to Sandhollow Reservoir.
