There is drinking water available in the bathrooms. They were pretty clean and nice. The camping area is pretty vast and wide. There are flush toilets which was amazing and sinks with water.

Campground was good. Our campsite was in level and easy to park. Moose was walking nearby.

Lovely campground next to Fall River. Quiet and spacious but also close to Estes Park. Bathrooms were very clean with flush toilets. Saw some elk and deer.

The park rangers at Aspenglen Campground were incredibly kind and warm-hearted. It’s clear they care deeply about both the visitors and the park itself. Flush toilets and potable water were limited during the winter, but you could still fill up your RV water tank at the visitor center during its opening hours, which was a big help.

March 2025 visit : Camped overnight during the winter season, so no hookups were available. The sites are first come, first serve. There were 2-3 sites occupied when we got there around 11 am or so. Left some items at our site, got back around 5 pm from hiking and almost every site was booked. The ground was pretty level. Unable to do a review on the bathroom facilities as we have a bathroom in our camper van. We also heard turkey close to sunset! Sadly we didn’t see any. We stayed in 5 different campgrounds during our Colorado trip, even with no hookup, this was by far our favorite campground during our trip! We can’t wait to go back to Rocky Mtn NP during summer or fall season to check out the other campgrounds.

Beautiful campsites, wonderful location, easy to get to from Denver/Boulder and Estes Park is a short drive away. Stayed a couple nights for NYE 2024. Very few people. Fox came by to tuck us in and coyote sang us to sleep. Few amenities in winter, as expected; porta potties seemed colder than the 1°F that it was 😁 Great sky views, great sunrise on mountain view to start the new year.

Fantastic campground. Incredibly clean. And for those who don't necessarily want to fully rough, it, very nice bathrooms with flushing toilets. There's a fair amount of light shine, so if you're going for the night sky, you'll want to drive 5 to 10 minutes away from the campground

Beautiful campground! Currently only one loop is open but we stayed on a Wednesday and only 4 other people were there. Lots of wildlife! There are bathrooms and water but they are closed until warmer weather. There's a creek a few hundred feet away and if you're into doing cold plunges that's the place! Overall this is a beautiful site right inside the nation park. You will have to pay entry to the park plus the $30 per night for the site.

This is the most beautiful campground we’ve ever visited. It’s the first left inside the park. You stop at the ranger station and check in. They did tell us that they saw a bear within the last few days, but there are TONS of bear boxes. We had the most beautiful spot. We parked at loop A right by the bathroom and then walked about 70 yards to site A. We had a flat spot for our tent and a fire ring. They sell bundles of wood near the ranger station for $7 each, but not on Wednesdays. There was a little sink for the final wash for your dishes at the restroom. The restrooms were the nicest I’ve ever seen at a park, but I think loop A’s restroom was by far the best. There was potable water by the path to the walk in sites. A&B sites were great, but I would stay away from C, D, and E because they are right by the river and really loud. All sites had a fire ring. We drove over to alluvial fan and hiked the Lawn Lake trail. I wouldn’t hike the trail right by the campground, as it’s a horse trail and full of mud and horse poop. We’d definitely stay again.

Great hike, the trailhead is a bit hard to find, it is right after the bridge before heading down into the campground.

We camped for three nights at Aspen Glen with our three boys in June of 2019. Not having ever been on a camping trip we had no idea what to expect but what we found made our trip effortless and the best experience a family could have camping. From the moment you arrive the park rangers were warm and friendly and very helpful at pointing out activities and other useful park info. Our site was so clean and absolutely beautiful! There is not a bad sight in the camp as we walked the entire camp each evening. The bathrooms are the cleanest bathrooms I have ever encountered at a park let alone anywhere else for that matter and all the sights are not but a few feet or 30 walk away. There are bear boxes for locking everything up and fire rings and grate that makes open fire cooking effortless. The wildlife was plentiful as we saw Moose, Muledeer, Magpie and chipmunks of whom will adorably come to your campsite to say hello. The park itself is all but magical in its breathtaking mountain ridges and ancient boulders that seem to be suspended tumbling down the hilltops. There is snow just a 20 minute drive up the mountain and Summer down below and though the nights got cooler than expected (no humidity makes a big difference) we were able to manage with what we brought. The town of Estes Park is just a few minutes away by car where we found prices to be quite affordable compared to other vacation spots. Anything you may have forgotten can be picked up at a little convenience cabin just outside the park and each evening firewood, sodas and ice cream can be purchased near the Ranger Station. My boys are 10, 13 & 14 and they had so much fun, they even surprised themselves. It's a family favorite for sure and we can't wait to go back this year!

We only drove through the campground but we enjoyed seeing what it would be like if we ever decided to go camping in a National Park. It absolutely looked incredible and wish I had the courage to get outside of my comfort zone.

Pretty campground with decent facilities next to a cool little river. Certain campsites have a great view. Just wish their was showers, but I understand why that may not be possible. Could use some more community events in June.

Open space between sites, potable water from taps, flushing toilets, trails, excellent views of surrounding hills. Just watch for the bears that come through the sites at night, we had some visits.
