Just up the road from Pike's Peak entrance, easy to access, roomy enough for 40+ foot RVs. The owner bent over backwards trying to help us figure out our generator issues, bringing us tools and hand wipes.

Great place to relax and use as a stepping off point to explore the local area. Clean, safe, accessible. Hosts are wonderful.

It’s not really a campground. More a place for people who are using their RV as a place to live. Most people are longer term. They pack them in, too. Probably 10 feet between RVs. They do have propane on site to refill tanks, and a couple of bathrooms with showers and an outdoor sink to wash dishes. It’s not an attractive place. Kind of sad, and people who rent the spots don’t have a “vacation” mindset, so they aren’t happy. But the manager is okay. Leaving here May 1, because they double the rate for the summer.

My family and I stayed here for a few months and absolutely loved it! It felt like home and everyone is so incredibly kind. It was kept clean, the views were amazing, they had a bunch of snacks and drinks you can purchase in the office. Seriously no complaints whatsoever. We were all actually really sad to leave. No worries though! We will certainly be back!
