The staff here are very nice. They are so helpful too. The campground is spacious and friendly. There are restrooms here that are very clean and spacious. The laundry rooms here are very clean and it has multiple washers and dryers. I love it here. The owners are very sweet and helpful.

I had a great stay here! The campground was extremely clean and well maintained, with a dog park, rec room, and playground. Even though it was full, everyone was respectful and quiet, which made for a really peaceful experience. The bathrooms were spotless, and the showers were super warm with great water pressure. Laundry was easy too — there are a few different buildings with multiple washers and dryers, so I never had to wait for a machine. When I first called, I had booked a tent site, but when I arrived (just 15 minutes before the office closed), the staff member was kind enough to offer me an empty RV site with full hookups for the night at no extra charge. He was incredibly friendly and accommodating — truly above and beyond service. I had about three bars of Verizon service, and the campground Wi-Fi worked great as well. Overall, this place is clean, friendly, and well equipped — I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone passing through!

I stayed here for most of this past summer. Have been living in Rv for last 8 years. The owner and the staff that work here are the most respectful and happy people I have met in my journeys. While I never tried out any of the facilities their maintenance staff is always busy with upgrading and keeping things nice. The community of campers there grow lovely plants, vegetables, paint murals, etc. All in all a great place to stay. I will return if I ever need a safe and quiet place to stay again.

We stayed here a week in our 5th wheel. The spaces are good size and we had some shade in our spot. The bathrooms were clean and the laundry room has just been redone with brand new washers and dryers. Staff are very friendly and the grounds are well maintained. We would stay again. $$$

What a fantastic experience. From my first call to see if they had availability to the text to make sure my trip was going good to the hospitality i received as soon as I pulled in the lot. Clean bathrooms hot showers. Wish I could give them 10 stars. This is my new spot while coming thru town. Highly recommend.

This review is for the RV campground. The owner and manager there have been very professional and helpful to their guests. When I arrived they went far above and beyond expectations to help me get settled. The owner and manager came over and really helped out when the tow driver couldn’t get my rig unstuck from his truck. They figured out what was wrong and fixed it. They even found another power cord adapter when we discovered the tow driver left mine in Texas. I can’t recommend Rocky Top highly enough. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for all your help.

Rocky Top Motel and Campground is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! The experience here is like no other! The owners and staff are such Kind, Considerate, Compassionate, Thoughtful, Good Hearted and Amazing People! You feel safe and at home when u stay here. I HIGHLY recommend Rocky Top Motel and Campground. I have stayed here several times and it's AMAZING EVERYTIME! The views are so Beautiful and Peaceful!

As I read in my own search of reviews, the road noise was pretty loud but it didn’t keep us up at night! The showers/bathroom were nice! Little hike up a hill to get to them but we enjoyed our stay.

Nice grounds, nice clean facilities, super nice people. Absolutely will stay here again when traveling this way. We had a rooftop tent and ground tent in winter, they where kind enough to put us in an empty RV spot to keep us out of the wind. Very helpful, even though we only stayed the 1 night. Rv site had power, water, table, grill and fire ring. Perfect.

Campground Reception is very friendly I would give her ten stars if I could . The reason I reviewed this so low is because of the following: They cater to mostly RVs why wouldn't they they make them the most money. There are still plenty of people who still enjoy camping in tents. They have very few tent sites that are nestled right next to the main highway which makes sleeping even with ear plugs almost impossible. 2: There is only one bath house if you are camping in a tent be prepared to. Walk up short steep hill. 3: Their sites are filled with loose gravel up an slight incline. Make sure you have good tires so you can safely get in your tent site. In all this is a family own spot. I give them kudos for making a successful business in this day and times .however by just adding at least a portable toilet for the campers in tents since they are put in a small area that could just make a difference . Would we stay here again ? Probably not.

We stayed here for 5 nights and it was absolutely beautiful. I loved being surrounded by the mountains. Everything we needed was nearby. The office staff and owners were very friendly and gave us information on things to do. My little pup Cooper loved the doggy yard. It was quiet and peaceful. We are definitely coming back. Thanks for everything.
