We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend it! The campground was very clean, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and it was obvious the staff takes great pride in keeping the property looking its best. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly friendly and welcoming. One of our favorite surprises was Sangria Saturday—such a fun touch! The location is another huge plus. It’s just a short drive to SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, and several beaches, making it an excellent home base for exploring San Diego. My family and I had a fantastic stay. The only downside is that the campground sits right next to a major highway, so it can be pretty noisy, especially if you’re hoping to relax outside in peace and quiet. That said, we slept with a sound machine at night, and the traffic noise wasn’t much of an issue while sleeping. Overall, the value for the price is excellent. Between the clean facilities, great amenities, friendly staff, and convenient location, we’d absolutely stay here again. In fact this was our second stay and we’ll be back!

Looking forward to a great 250 year celebration today. Always a great time at Sunland San Diego RV resort. Thank you for a great time and Happy Safe 4th of July to everyone!

Bathrooms and laundry facilities were excellent. Gym was well appointed. Sites are roomy but tucked here and there which makes parking of vehicles confusing and tight. Be aware wide creek separates park and you may have to work along road without sidewalks to access pool, gym, and office.

This was the first time staying at the resort. Check-In and parking my 37' travel trailer was a breeze. The only observance my wife and I saw, it seemed like there more long term residence instead of just brief camers at the resort. Not a big deal but kinda through us off guard. The resort is very clean and secure. It is noisy from 8 frwy and San Diego trolly running next to resort.

The park is nice and neat. I like the way the spaces are not cookie cutter straight in. But angled in the area we stay. It was very convenient to San Diego to were my son lives. One big draw back is the freeway noise as we were parked… super close. If I book again I will definitely pay more for a creek side so I can hear the frogs at night and a tad less freeway noise.
