We stayed at sandy pines for one week in our RV. The price is reasonable for very nice, fairly level camp spots. Quiet at nights. Country setting. Minutes to kennebunkport. Safe atmosphere. Kind staff. Full hookups with good water pressure. We could not connect to wifi it was too weak. They say there's a strict policy on the speed limit but not true. Cars driving too fast through there. Mini bikes are supposedly not allowed but some kid was riding an electric one all around at night and almost hit us and our dog while zooming around a corner. Strict no noise until 8am is not true more like 6am.

This was our first time at Sandy Pines and we will definitely be back! Me and my husband stayed in one of the couples cottages in Birch Grove. It was very clean up on arrival and was stocked with towels and small personal amenities. Close to the clean bathhouse, keep in mind it is communal and you can tell they check on/clean them multiple times a day but it's still woodsy and camping. The general store exceeded expectations with the selection available. Everyone was so nice and ready to offer help. The manager even drove by and gave a check in. There are laundry machines on site, the only negative is that it's not obvious online or on the map. The proximity to beaches and Kennebunkport is definitely a plus. We came the week before Labor Day so it seemed relatively quiet. Again, we loved our time here and will be returning customers.

Super expérience! What a nice surprise. I was in the hideaway hut, a little place but enough to keep you comfortable. Everything was there: nice queen-size bed with quality bed linen, you can open the door to feel like outside, full service if you need to change your towels...plenty of clean bathrooms available. If you want quiet time, prefer farther from the playground. Well done and good taste. Surrounded by nature. We will be back!

My husband and I spent two nights here in the couple’s safari tents. The tents are very nicely done and very clean. The bath houses were very clean but a little small. The whole campground is absolutely huge. We already plan on going back at some point with the kids. We didn’t mind the walk to the beach that was a little over a mile, it’s a safe walk with shoulders for walking. Would definitely recommend.

We did some tent camping at Sandy Pines Campground and had a great experience. The tent sites were clean, level, and well-graded, making setup easy. The ground was flat and comfortable for sleeping. The kids loved the heated pool and even swam in the rain. The staff were friendly and took the time to engage with my kids’ talkative nature, even while they were busy working. The campground was quiet at night, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family trip. It’s a great spot for enjoying the outdoors with comfort and kindness.
