We stayed 3 nights at Sandy River. Very clean and well maintained. Great manager (maybe owner). Will stay here again

The old lady in the front desk is very unfriendly. Acts as if she’s “better than you” for whatever reason. They also cater to non full-timers in hopes to get more money out of people that stop for a night or two? Not sure but doesn’t seem like a good business model. If you are looking to stay for a few months for work I recommend you look elsewhere!

Well managed. Sites are paved and pretty level, but close to eachother as expected in private campgrounds. Some are shaded. Decent free WiFi, enough for streaming movies. 3 miles to blue line train station to downtown Portland and 30 minutes drive to Columbia gorge. Walking distance to coffee and food pods. Close to railway tracks with some train noise. Showers and bathrooms were clean. Laundromat. Need to get tokens from office. Park with few trails across the enterance.

This park is clean, has lots of trees, fairly large sites, everything we need. You have access to the river, can walk across the street to a nice ice cream and sandwich shop, and is five minutes from the freeway and shopping. There are quite a few full timers, which is perfectly fine with me. Very nice residents and visitors.

We loved our riverfront site at Sandy Riverfront! Beautiful spot, our Starlink internet worked perfectly on the pole, and we even saw seals in the river from our window. Lots of trails connected to the park, and a wonderful small restaurant within walking distance. There is transportation noise (trains/private planes/helicopters), but it didn't really bother us because the setting otherwise is perfect. As others mentioned, the laundry is also fairly restrictive with having to get tokens when the office is open. Just required more planning.
