An RV Park in Santa Barbara, need I say more? Full hook ups available, its location lends to bike paths to tour the city and beach. Yes, it is situated next to the 101, but would not deter us from coming again. We are grateful this park is here!

The location is less than 2 miles from downtown just off of the 101 freeway. There is also mass transit service just 2 blocks away from the rv park. If you are bothered by freeway noise, this may not be for you, but the park is clean with restrooms/showers and a laundry room. The people who run the park are the best, always helpful and always doing everything possible to make the park a clean place.

We had to book here because it was the only place we could find on short notice. We were pleasantly surprised with the vibe, it’s cleaner and nicer than the pictures make it look. It’s in a cute neighborhood too if you like to take walks. Nice staff and fellow travelers. Used the laundry and had it all to myself, could do a wash and dry in about an hour, bring quarters. The major issue we had was internet connection. It’s terrible and my phone doesn’t get good service here for some reason so planning our next stop wasn’t easy without a solid WiFi connection. I don’t get why it’s so bad when you’re in the middle of a city. What gives?? Just pay for better service and pass the fee along of you have to. I don’t see many reviews mentioning this so maybe it’s a rare occurrence. 🤷‍♀️ Overall I would stay here again. The highway noise is not even an issue in my opinion and we stayed right next to the wall separating us from the highway.

My husband and I stood here for one night and visited the Santa Barbara Zoo. The next morning we headed out to our main destination. This isn't a fancy place to stay for a long period. I feel it's more of a great place to rest on your way to your main destination if you're traveling far. Even though the spots were a little tight and you could hear the freeway it wasn't bad at all. I really liked it and would definitely come back! The property, bathrooms, showers and laundry room were very clean. The onsite attendant was always maintaining the property and was very friendly and answered any questions we had. He was great!

I love this place. The staff is great, it is super clean and everything is meticulously maintained. It is right next to the freeway so even though there is a sound barrier it can still be loud (that's why I gave 4 stars instead of five for the location). A close bike ride to downtown Santa Barbara).

We stayed here for the first time April 6-8, 2026. We found access easy, RV sites large and the place immaculately clean. Staff weee super friendly and helpful. RV sites are medium sized river rock, packed hard and level. Each site has a table. WiFi is good. Bathrooms and showers are sparkly clean and comfy although small. Showers are tiled walk-in. There are four. Freeway noise is there but did not affect our sleep at all. Convenient to all of Santa Barbara. We will definitely return. Just loved this place.

I loved this RV park! Our space was great! Nicely marked with white stones, all of the hookups were clearly marked, everyone in the park was nice, laundry and restrooms were clean, hot showers, and great WiFi! And, pet friendly for our little dogs, and someone had a calico cat in their dash, even! Great service, excellent value, and quiet neighborhood, right off the freeway! Close to UCSB, or through to SF.

5 stars easily!! My bf and I stayed here for a few days and we were happy with our stay. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and easily accessible from our dedicated spot. The walk from the rv park to the downtown area was easy too and very pretty. Pricing was great too. I’d stay again for sure!

Very sweet, small RV park. Manager very nice. Bathrooms and showers are like private bathrooms and very clean. Great place to stop over when traveling. Caution- bring earplugs - you will hear the freeway.

2 stars only because the staff were very friendly and kept the place very clean. The place is literally steps away from the 101. Some reviews said the 12 ft barrier wall helped block highway noise. It doesn't. Very odd place for an RV park. Friend couldn't put his awning out because it would hit his neighbor. Can't recommend at all.

We stay here every year and we love the location. Short bike ride to beach and state street. Also bathrooms/showers are nice and private. Staff is always friendly and price is reasonable.

I’ve driven past this place for years but never had the need to stop in. This week I needed a place to stay for a few days during a construction project. Yes it’s close to freeway, but that’s the point- it’s in a busy tourist town and provides a convenient, clean and friendly environment. From the initial conversation on the phone for reservations to a quick introduction when I arrived, they are focused on what they can provide and what you can do rather than some places that are all about restrictions. it is clean and well maintained. I imagine as a tourist coming through for a couple days. This would be a great base camp.

It’s a very small Rv park, I mean small! No place to walk your dog unless you want to walk through an undesirable neighborhood! its a clean gravel and cement Rv park. Bathroom/shower (2) need an update.its an overnight rv park. Nothing to do there since it’s RIGHT off the freeway and the undesirable neighborhood. Wasn’t my kind of campground sorry to say.
