Santa Cruz / Monterey Bay KOA Holiday

We love this place! It's our 2nd time here and with older kids. All the other families are super friendly and inclusive. It's close enough to Santa Cruz or Monterey for a day trip. The grounds are clean, spacious, and easy to access. The Produce Market in Moss Landing on hwy 1 is a must stop!

This was the most well-maintained establishment I've ever stayed in, with unbeatable views and amenities!! The cabin far surpassed our expectations, with every need anticipated. The kitchen and linens were fully-stocked with basics, and the TV was the latest technology (Fire TV stick) that my kids navigated it immediately. The hillside view couldn't be beat, and the shade and patio were perfect.

Love this Santa Cruz KOA location and ALL the staff is wonderful. I'm a manager at a luxury hotel in Monterey Bay and I enjoyed the great service at check-in and everywhere. Whenever I ran into any KOA staff, I was greeted with a smile + hello! That's super important. I also wanted to say that I also really appreciated getting a pre-arrival call letting me know that my glamping unit was ready early! (my special request) Thank you! The property is beautiful, the jacuzzi is huge, pool is really nice, and the fellow campers staying there are really good people. Really great programs almost every weekend so see the calendar. It's a happy place for kids and adults! Robert

So when we arrived we had some hiccups with our accommodations and the manager Glenn was very understanding and professional. He made sure we were treated like family. He took the time to listen and he tended to our request making our stay comfortable and unforgettable. We will definitely be coming back.

Really great place if you have young kids. Lots of activities to keep them busy and happy! Can be a long drive to/from Santa Cruz if there’s heavy traffic, so just account for that when traveling.

If you like partying and blasting music late into the night, this is the place for you! There were kids roaming around every night after 10 unsupervised. People riding their golf carts playing music on loud speakers. Even someone brought their go kart racing up and down the campsites. There were also political flags everywhere. I don’t think we will be going back.

So nice , quiet, relaxing. The only drawback is there are no monthly openings until April or may. June starts the summer season There were so many openings, without campers. But they are all taken. So sad

Staff very friendly, you are stacked on top of each other as to be expected at a place like this. Bathrooms clean, nice playground for the kids, they have bikes you can rent for $10 per hour, a little nothing to talk about miniature golf course for $1 which is cool for the kids. also have Movie nights and talent contest etc for activities. Overall good camp grounds.. Pricy though.. $130 or something for full hook up per night.. Not sure that I would stay again as there is some many more places to go.. - Review provided by RV Park Recommendations & Reviews Facebook Group
