Central to many of the Jemez attractions. Great camping atmosphere. Make sure to bring a waterproof tent.

Very quiet campground, will definitely visit again. No internet there through if you require it

Nice campground. We were in the area for a hunt. This place is nice but tight for anything you tow it drive over 30 feet long; not including the tow vehicle. It's really clean well maintained and from my experience it was safe. There are many options for families in the area. It's really close to the access highway, like 50 feet. There are options for power we were to late on our reservation for that opportunity. Not sure if water was available. Restroom was really clean and well stocked. The large group shelter was in the back looked really nice.

I booked the group site. This is a perfect spot for a group. Individual campsites and a pavilion to use. This campground has facilities maintainers. They come every day to clean the bathrooms and empty all the bear safety trash cans. I recommend having a wagon of some sort to haul all your gear to each site since it has a small path to each site. This site is separate from the rest of the campsites and feels private, but note it is close to the road so you will hear traffic noise, but not a big deal for us. This site has their own bathrooms, so you don't really share with the rest of the campground. It's s about an 8-minute drive to the local corner store. Note: cell coverage for most providers does not work here but you can get wifi at the local store a few miles down the road. The camp host never bothered us and never came to say hi. I recommend this location if you're looking for a group site.

Very well maintained group camping site with potable water, two toilets, crusher fines paths, and 10 separate camping sites with a camping table and a pole to hang things on at each site. Large covered pavilion with six tables, a large grill, and a fire pit. Located right next to a beautiful creek- perfect for kids. Lots of beautiful old ponderosa pines, and well shaded in the summer. Large trash container on site. Can't say enough good things about this place, highly recommend!

Awesome campground! Dry camped in my 23' RV with a tow vehicle. The cleanest NPS campground I've ever stayed. There are six RV sites with electric and water, but they seem to book up early. A great campground in a wonderful area of the state with plenty to do...waterfalls, hot springs, quaint nearby villages and the Valles Caldera.

The campground is well maintained. Bathrooms are clean and do not smell. Camp sites have fire rings, charcoal grill and a picnic tables. The campground is by the road so you can hear the cars passing by (that's why I gave it a 4). However, there was not much traffic so not a big deal for us. There's a country store, a liquor store and lodge about five mins from the campground, very convenient and the campground is not to far from Fenton Lake (5 to 10 mins). We felt safe and comfortable. We will be back

Very nice campgrounds, close to the River. There is water there too. Plus the restrooms are very clean and do not smell.

Nice place to get away in Jemez but a little close to the road, you can hear the cars as they pass. It is in the mountains so its not to much traffic but enough. Its a beautiful area with walking trails and well maintained sites.
