Used to really enjoy camping here but our most recent trip has us feeling disappointed. The campground used to strictly enforce their rules but now not so much. People were being loud and obnoxious partying late into the night. The majority of the campsites are packed entirely too close together with absolutely no privacy at all. Bought a drink from one of their vending machines and it had expired in July of 2024. This was October of 2025. Took it to the gate and they said yeah we’ve had complaints about that. Didn’t offer to refund or remedy the situation at all. If they knew there was an issue why wasn’t it corrected or at least signs put up so people didn’t waste their money. We’ve been coming here for years but now we’re not sure about coming back again.

A decent campground with full hookups. We had a large site. There is a nice playground for the kids and my granddaughter spent a lot of time there. The family enjoyed plenty of swimming at the lake too. However, i believe it should be free for people with valid permits from already being in the campground via camping. Or, charge a $5 all you can swim wristband for the length of their camping trip.

Great place to camp and enjoy the weekend. Shower house was nice once the water warmed up. Nice camp suites and a great playground for the kids. The lake is clean and very enjoyable for the our family of 8. The kids really enjoyed the fishing all weekend.

Very beautiful area, watch out when driving in the park, they let the goats and donkey from the petting zoo out to graze in the mornings, i came around a curve and there was a whole herd standing in the road so really be mindful of the 15mph speed limit they have.
